"I odered two of blinkers and only recieved one set. When I ordered them I was not told that my selection was on back order. This of course changed the timeline significantly with a project I was working on. I understand that your products could be on back order however I do believe that the better course of action for customer service would be to notify the customer prior to the order leaving the warehouse and not when I open the box to find half of my order inside."
