"I specifically asked if the tires I wanted were in stock and be able to ship immediately and was told yes. It turns out you had 1of 2 and the shipment was delayed several days. It ruined our plans for a trip. Not impressed."

"I purchased a K&N air filter for the Barons BAK, which said fits all Barons Big Air Kits. I received a slim line filter, which doesn't fit. The site showed 2 different filters so I purchased the one that said fits all as there was no mention of the slim line filter.
In addition J&P charged for a gold membership I didn't ask for. When I clicked on the button for details I was charged!

"Ok, everything perpect, product, packaging, delivery.
The most amazing for this delivery, is the exact timing. When I see the different locations where the package has been identified, the final date of arrival, compared with the annonced date: delivery is perfect. ( in this case, one day later due to customs clearance)
