When I go to order tracking it states waiting for manufacture delivery. There was no indication that the part was on back order. This includes the web and the 800 # as I needed customer service to help make sure I ordered the correct part. "

"When I placed my order which totaled $2,404.00 I was shown that all items were in stock & usually ship next business day. 2 weeks later I get an email stating that 2 of my items are still waiting to ship from your supplier & that u don't have a ship date. It's been 3 weeks & nothing...... I could have spent my $$$$ elsewhere & had my Parts.......... Ur website is very misleading....."
