"I recently ordered 2 vests, seperately. I had the package delivered to my work, in a shopping center. Both times I had filled out my shop name in the shipping info. Both times, the shop name was left blank on the shipping label and UPS didn't know where to deliver the package.

I recovered the packages eventually, but I'd suggest more scrutiny on shipping addresses.
