worst online buying experience ever.

"May 17th ordered parts
May 20th received parts. determined that parts maybe incorrectly boxed.
May 21st returned after discussion with tech staff agreeing part label or packaged incorrectly.
May 25th arrives at facility, please allow 48 hours to check part in.
June 3rd after many discussions reordered. shipping over a weekend.
June 7th received "new Part" open box to find it is the same part I returned.
June 8th I returned part.
June 10th JP cycles received second return.
June 13th called Part not checked in probably sitting on shipping dock.
I am beginning to feel really stupid for doing this a third time. Will call tomorrow and see if we get the correct part.
I have really never had such a no care attitude I don't even remember a sorry in the conversation.
remember exchanges or returns take 10 days. These are all facts you be the judge.
try to edit later, after I receive the last shipment...
June 15 confirmed that my return was received and new order being processed. Not shipped yet.
June 22 parts received and we finally got it correct, season half over :(

"My experience with JP was great however shipping was another issue all together. One tire shipped ups and delivered as promised. My other tire shipped FedEx and was delayed 3 days in Kansas city then took over a day to get to council bluffs then to me. I had to rush to get them put on so I could go to a rally for 4th of July. "

Sent wrong part to me

"Jp cycles is normally really good but this time I was sent the wrong part. I needed a slip in exhaust and instead I received a bolt in which didn’t work for my bike. My order said it was a slip on and the packing slip said it was also but that’s not what was in the box. "

S&S 509C Kit

"Ordered on Wednesday afternoon, was told that I would get a shipping confirmation within 24 hours. I had an order number within 24 hours but no shipping info. My concern was that the item may not have been in stock at the warehouse since all but one of the retail outlets showed it as being out of stock.

I received confirmation by email and phone that the kit was in stock before placing the order. No shipping information on Friday. Called on Friday afternoon to try and determine why the order had not shipped. I was told that they were waiting for the credit card to "clear" before shipping.

I paid with a debit card, not a credit card. The funds were already removed from my account on Wednesday afternoon. There is nothing in the online information indicating that merchandise would be held until credit card payments "clear". If that was the case, why would they say that most orders ship within 24 hours?

The conflicting order information created logistical problems for me. If the order had not shipped as of Friday, and they don't ship on weekends, that would put the shipping date out to the following Monday with expected delivery around Wednesday, a week after ordering.

Had I known this at the time of ordering I would NOT have placed the order.

So... here's the kicker: The package was delivered on Monday afternoon!

A mixed bag review. They delivered the package sooner than I had expected it, had the lowest price on the internet and I am delighted with the product. The misinformation part? So it goes. I don't think that they deliberately intended to provide misinformation.
