"Wished to order a transmission for my 1975 FXE. System showed in stock. Not in stock. Called teddcycle who is the manufacturer and they only sell to Dealers. Talked to your Customer Service and she said she would check it out and get back to me on Thurs or Fri, still no response who knows maybe Monday or Tuesday. Refund of charges was done very timely and the 50 bucks in store credit is nice, but until I get a **** on on the fence for repair/restore or sell had the beast since 1976 so she means a lot to me"

"I have bern waiting for ling over a month for the engine I paid for in full while my Electra-glide sits at Harley Davidson. There is no status, no update, no help and no answers as to when the engine will ship. All I am told is they are waiting. It’s awful customer service. Im suspicious I will receive what I paid full price for. I wasn’t even offered a discount for the 6 week inconvenience (so far) since July 26, 2022"

"Bought several items, most arrived ok but one critical part (master cylinder rebuild kit) was incorrect and cost a great deal of time and frustration. No consideration/resolution was provided by the company other than form for returning. Part can't be returned because it was installed before I realized it was not the right one. I'm done with these guys!
Update - on the plus side they offered to refund the part cost. On the downside it took way too many emails to get it done."
