I do not like the product. Quality was not as expected and the design was of poor quality too. I had to pay a lot for the office and a lot for shipping. Both dresse were poorly sewn. The red colour was chosen. I would have liked to send it all back. But I did not know how do it. You failed the test. Sincerely

"I liked their selection, sizing and speedy deliver. The packaging was well-done, too (not many wrinkles).

Although the dress itself is well-constructed and looks like a more expensive piece, I did have one kind of major complaint. I had paid extra to have the dress fit me perfectly, to my exact measurements and it didn't. It needed to be taken up in the shoulders to fit correctly through my torso and because it was a style that was full in the hips, it wasn't taken in to accomodate my hips being much smaller in that area than their measurements. So, that made me look VERY heavy (much more so than I am!).

After a quick trip to the tailor, and some crafty steaming of the dress on my part, it was STUNNING. It's my favorite dress now.

I would consider ordering from Jen Jen again but, with great care about the cut of the garment.

jag beställde en klänning från er den 1/12 -12 och det var helt underbart vacker och såg exakt ut som den gjorde på bilden och samma färg också.
Men det som var lite negativt med klänningen var att den var alldeles för stor vid bysten, för alla pärlor som var fastsydda där tyngde ner klänningen så att den vart att hänga. Det var inte något speciellt snyggt, men jag ska försöka att lösa det med någon bh eller liknadnde.
Men jag tror att jag kommer stråla med klänningen på balen i alla fall och blända alla med klänningens skönhet ;)
Men jag råder alla som letar en balklänning att beställa en som sys för din figur och inte ta en storlek som redan finns, för det är då det kan hända så som det hände med mej nu, att den var för stor i bysten.
