"Do NOT use this company. I placed an order for a dress on the 6th of February for an event at the end of the month. I was supposed to receive the item this week and started inquiring as to why my dress hadn't shipped last week. I was politely responded to the first few times, although later learned everything I was being told was false. Now that the dress is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, and hasn't even been shipped, no one will respond to my messages.

I have now sent SIX unresponded to emails asking for a refund and not so much as a single response has been given. I now have nothing to wear for my event this weekend and haven't even been given the courtesy of a refund. I am sad and disappointed and I will definitely be making sure that none of the women at this, or future events, use this company.

I learned my lesson and will listen to the warning in my head from now on and stay away from companies such as this one and I encourage others to do the same. Yes, others may have received their items and liked them, but what if you are like me and don't? You don't want to have your big event ruined like mine has been. "

"The quality of the material and seamwork were expertly done. The measurements were off a bit. The torso was out by an inch around and there was too much material in the bodice from the shoulders down the back. The back opening should have only gone down low enough so that one may wear a bra if required. I didn't wear the dress as it didn't fit right...perhaps it would work for someone else. I didn't have time to do the alterations and it was such short notice on the wedding, I didn't have time to order a new one. The material and beading work was exceptional. I would order another one from Jen Jen House. The shipping company was a frustrating process. They delivered the product, I gave them my visa, they filled out the paperwork gave me my visa paper and went on their way. A day later we received a call saying that I didn't pay the bill. I explained that I did. She was very rude and told me I needed to pay immediately otherwise a collection agency would be sent after me. Her attitude was completely unprofessional. It was their error..not mine. I called the Head office and the problem appeared to be resolved as I didn't receive a call back."

"I ordered a custom fit brides maid dress for my sisters wedding from JenJenhouse. It fit so well I felt completely comfortable in it for the whole event! No tucking, slouching fabric, no falling straps to constantly adjust. Some of the other girls paid three times the cost of the custom fitting to have alteration done after receiving thier dresses and never got better results. The materials were just as they looked on the website, if not better. Obvious care was taken in applying the details giving the dress a well crafted, designer look. JenJenHouse catered well to my limited deadline and made several shipping option available.
