"I did not know anything about JenJenHouse.com. I was just looking for a nice but decent wedding dress for my daughter, and a brides maids dress and then I came across the website of JenJenHouse. I had already chosen a design from a popular Bridal shop website but I was attracted to JenJenHouse website as soon as I saw some of their designs on my laptop. I liked their designs and fabrics and thought they were located in the USA so I tried to contact them to find out more about them. It was then I was told their location. I was a bit skeptical but I took the risk. JenJenHouse.Com has an excellent communication net work. Somehow, I got convinced that I was dealing with the right people. I chose the style, the size and colour and I was even given the option to alter or add on to the design and size I chose. I was also given the opportunity to decide if they should go ahead with the order or not. Everything they made was from scratch. JenJenHouse.com kept their word and delivered on time as planned. I ordered a Wedding dress, a bridesmaids dress, a pair of gloves and a tiara. I was not only impressed with their quality of service and delivery but also with the quality of the dresses they made. I will confidently recommend JenJenHouse to any one who wants quality dresses and accessories at moderate prices. My daughter and the bridesmaid did not only like their dresses, the dresses looked so good on them at her wedding that people started asking where I ordered them from. "I had read lots of very negative comments on here about people ordering dresses and being very unhappy with the quality and finish. I had done a great deal of research before i went ahead with my purchase. The first thing i did was order JenJenHouse swatch book which arrived within days of ordering it. This helped greatly as some colours do change slightly depending on which material you choose (I would suggest if you plan to buy dresses from here to invest in a swatch book). I decided to go ahead and order my two bridesmaid dresses using the custom made service. We very carefully measured the girls, completed the on-line form and paid in full. To my complete surprise the dresses where here in Scotland within 2 week of my order. They are just beautiful. I was blown away with just how elegant and well made they are. My bridesmaids both love them. They tried them on and they fitted in the bodice perfectly but were just slightly to long in length. A local dressmaker altered the length easily. I had looked at alot of bridesmaid dresses locally and they were just not quiet what i was looking for and varied greatly in price. I have already suggested that a friend who is getting married soon buy her bridesmaid dresses here. Please don't be put of by all the negative comments you read. It was the best £200 i have spent so far on my forthcoming wedding.
Only word of warning..... keep £25-35 aside as you still need to pay for customs once the dresses arrive in the UK.
All in all a worthwhile cost and beautiful dresses to show for it. Can wait for my guests to see the girls in their dresses in April.

"Sharing my story will help you in making your decision. I selected the style best suited to my body type from the recommendations on JenJen House. Then I went to two Bridal salons and tried those styles on to confirm my selction. I could not believe the prices in the salons as they were over a thousand + more than what was being offered on Jen Jen House. Plus both Salons told me they had to charge me an extra$150. to expedite my order as this was October and I needed my dress for February! Well, I selcted my dress and chose to have a custom order as I am a large busted,full figured mature bride in her 50's. I placed my order in mid November requesting a Jan 1 delivery. The dress arrived Dec 31st and to my delight I was over the moon with the quality of workmanship and the dress fit to perfection. I had asked for them not to add additional inches in length as I was getting married in flat sandles and not in high heels. They did exactly as I asked and my wedding dress was the most beautiful, perfectly fitting gown I could ever have imagined. We were married in the Domincan on February 12th and I had selected my wedding gown from their rcommendation of "Beach" wedding dresses and much to my pleasure,the dress was not too heavy or warm. Jen Jen House gets a 10 out of 10 for cost savings and quality! I highly recommend them and have been telling all my friends,coworkers, and relatives about my positve expereince with this company. "

"My dress style is exactly as I thought it was when I saw it on the Internet. I was a little disappointed with the frills on the front left side of the dress...the color was a blue white where my dress is a warm white. it really looked like the wrong fabric had been used for that application.
I unpicked it and took all the frills off and I feel happier with outcome

"well where do i start.... i ordered my wedding dress here because i really liked it and the prices are great. and the only reason i ordered online is because they give a need it by date where they ensure to get your gown by then. I waited and waited and kept in touch with them all the way through asking them when were they going to ship my dress and they kept saying in 1 day or 2 days or it will be there we promise! I even had to go to the extreme of telling them i would put horrible reviews of them if they didnt ship my dress soon since i needed it in a week.( i ordered 3 weeks in advance) so finally after emailing them everyday all day they finally responded with an email saying my dress wouldnt make it in time ABOUT 5 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING IN VEGAS! i was in shock and more than upset i requested my money back and thats about the only thing they did right, they gave me my full money back!! What a horrible company how do they have so many good reviews but i did read on some that they call at all hours of the night for people to change what they wrote if its a bad review! I dont recommend this company to anyone lets just stick to buying to the United States and helping our economy!I!! "
