"I was disappointed with the fit and style of the black dress that I ordered for my friend's wedding. It did not look like the dress that I ordered online. I was extremely sick and away from home when the dress was delivered and emailed jenjenhouse about sending back the dress in order to get a "product return form" to return the dress 12 days after I received it. I was informed that it wasn't within the 7 days that I received it and that I could not get my money back. I sent them an email explaining my situation and they told me that they "felt sorry for me, but can't change rules." They also wrote that I could "take it to a tailor" or "re-sell it." I feel like my request to return this product was not outrageous and that their return policy is extreme. I will NEVER order from them again. "

"ordered this dress on December 23 2012, and it was already in Belgium on the 6th of January at customs and delivered at my house the 16th of january2013.

It was carefully packed into a small box. To my surprise a beautiful dress came out. It looks very high quality and durable.

The dress was custom made and it fits more than perfectly. The body has very nice embroidery en sparkles.

The body is firm and solid and slims you a lot! This gives you a secure and comfortable feeling! And also good to know, no bra needed … the dress has a built-in oneJ.
However you need to know there is no lace at the back but a zipper.

The length also was perfect. The train is provided with “a handle” so you can easily pick it up.

So this dress is a very good quality, especially compared to the price and it looks breathtaking!

"Thank you for my order, colour is perfect and exactly what the swatch showed. Waist is too big and shoulder straps will need to be adjusted as well, but this is being fixed by my local dressmaker. Luckily when the straps are shortened the length is perfect. The dressmaker was impressed this was ordered online, because this is the only adjustments we will need.
So thanks for following my instructions for flat shoes.
I read you allow extra for alterations, which is a good idea, it's better to be too big and get the dress altered than too small with no way to fix the dress.
