"At first I was just looking online for dresses to be able to go to several bridal shops and show them how I wanted the dress to look like. But then I found this one, and I knew this had to be it. But going to shops with a picture of THE perfect dress, and probably not finding anything that would look just like it, made me wondering whether to risk it, and place the order....

As a lot of women, I was very anxious about ordering a wedding dress online. It's THE dress that has to be perfect and that has to fit you as a glove to be able to make you feel like the princess you want to be on your wedding day.

And it turned out to be just that! It's perfect! I love it!

"I just received the dress I ordered from JenJen House. When I first placed my order I was very leary. Despite the bad reviews I had read I decided to take the chance. As I opened the box today, which by the way was 5 days before my requested dated, I was nervous as to what I might find. I LOVED IT!!! The dress was everything I expeced it to be!!! There were people that had warned me to request my sizing even a little bigger than my measurements, despite JenJen House saying they add an extra inch. Well I did and I shouldn't have because it would have fit just right. I do sew so I will bring it in to where it should have been, and I'm totally ok with that because I would rather it be bigger than smaller. So contrary to all those bad reviews I read, I would definitely order again AND will inform my dance studio and fellows and encourage they place orders too! "Just to start with the little draw back - the shoes I received didn't look like the ones on the picture (excatly, there have been simultan elements!!). The bending elements were bigger and less abundant and at the heel part completely missing. Quite sad about the optics but concerned about the good quality I contacted the customer service and was quite surprised about how fast, comprehensive and capable they answerd. After some mails they offered me a refund. A gread offer - thanks a lot.

Additionally I need to say that I first was not sure about the shoe size chart, usually I'm wearing something about EU 36/37. After measuring my feet I determined size 35 and was really unsure whether this works well. To be sure I ordered size 36 and it fits perfectly!! In worst case I can even put an insole in it and it still fits great.
