"I just received a package of accessories for my wedding which is in two weeks and the first thing I wanted to do while I was discovering my items was to write a review.
I spent almost 200$ for all my accessories and I seriously wish that I just went at any mall instead of bying them here!
Yes, that's pretty cheap and the website give you a really good feeling about the quality, you feel that it's either a French or American company.
I was pretty confident when I ordered but when I saw that the package came from China, I had a first idea, quality wise.
The shoes looked nice but cost me 60$ and are obviously the lowest crappy quality shoes that you'll pay not more than 20$ in any crappy store where you got dressed for super cheap when you were 16 years old. They even smells something aweful somewhere between glue and really bad/crappy material. I could had spend the same price or less for an actual kind of wedding shoes anywhere!
The hand bag that I ordered in champagne came in pink! wtf?
The hair jewellery (which cost me around 30$) came in a plastic bag with already some sparkles away... I didn't even touched it yet.. Imagine how it's gonna look like if I need to were it a full day.. Is it gonna loose all it's sparkles?..
+ the hair jewellery finitions look really bad : still a kind of dry glue stuff everywhere..
And the most aweful : the two piece wedding garters that looked amazing in the website and that I ordered in ivory came in white with a aweful large dark Irish green stripe (wtf???!)
Seriously, I'm getting married in two weeks and I though saving time when I ordered online on that website but I actually lost time and a lot of money.
I also ordered my wedding dress which is suppose to arrive soon so I keep my fingers crossed for that because when I see the bad quality that they sell... I'm freaking out about my dress!!!
DON'T ORDER ANY OF YOUR ACCESSORIES HERE, YOU'LL SAVE TIME AND SO MUCH MONEY BUYING THE SAME THINGS AT ANY CHEAP AND REALLY CRAPPY STORE!!!
The only good thing that I have to say for the moment is that they answer right away when you sent a question via email.

En détail : j'ai passé ma commande en date du 9 décembre. Elle a été prise en charge quelques heures à peine après. J'avais laissé une question pour une option sur la robe : on m'a immédiatement répondue me proposant des solutions. Le robe m'a été promise pour le 22 décembre (livraison). Et le 18 décembre, j'avais déjà un bon de livraison dans ma boite aux lettres (puisque je suis absente la journée) pour m'indiquer que ma robe était disponible dans l'agence DHL la plus proche de chez moi (ou en relivraison chez moi dès le lendemain ; au choix). J'ai récupéré ma robe, il s'agissait d'une robe sur mesure : elle est en effet exactement à ma taille. La qualité du tissu est là, la qualité du travail aussi. Elle est vraiment superbe, je suis aux anges de cet achat. C'est une robe bustier, les robes bustiers sont connues pour avoir souvent besoin de bretelles et bien pas celle-ci et j'en suis très surprise. Elle tient très bien, ajustée à mes mensurations et très joliment travaillée. Vraiment, je n'ai aucun reproche à faire et je vous recommande ce fournisseur qui est de qualité tant par son travail que sa communication. Sincèrement, un très grand merci et une excellente continuation à JenJenHouse.com.
Pour info, j'ai juste payé 16 euros de frais de douane (commande d'1 robe de demoiselle d'honneur + jupon + boucles d'oreille) mais vue l'économie réalisée (par rapport à ce même achat en France), je ne regrette pas les frais de douane.

"Goods arrived and very happy with them. However not happy to receive an invoice yesterday from Fedex for £15.90 in respect of import duty. There was nothing in the ordering process to advise customers that there would be import duty to pay and for this reason I doubt whether I will use Jen Jen again."
