"Do not buy anything from this online shop, especially if it is for a wedding or special occasion.
The dress arrived and I tried it on. Firstly the material looked and felt cheap. The slit on the front of the dress was stitched incorrectly at the top and so the dress hung wrong. The straps that crossed at the back were sewn to the dress with no more than 4 stitches and so would have lasted about 5 minutes if I were to sit down in it or take the dress off or put it on.
My function was scheduled for a week after I had received the dress so I had no choice but to immediately take it to a dress alteration company who charged me £35.00 for alterations.
I emailed JenJenHouse about this who gave me a pitiful 30% refund.
I THEN received a bill from FedEx for £21.00 worth of Tax and Duty which I REFUSE to pay.
I ended up wearing a dress belonging to my mother and it ruined my night. I now am £150 down and have a useless, cheap, poorly made dress in my wardrobe.
BAD COMPANY I am very upset and angry.
