I ordered a dress on this web, first they are late, they kept saying they are going to make the date, but they didn’t. I told them don’t ship it because it is not going to make the event, but they shipped it anyway. My party is on Saturday and the dress came in next Monday.
When I see the dress, I was shocked, it is nowhere near to the picture they post it on their web, different material, different style, and as soon as they made this dress, they SWAP the picture on their web using this one. Wisely I kept the original picture.
So far, it is one week pasted since I ask them to return and get refund, no answer!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, I CANNOT BELIEVE THE WAY THEY TREAT THE CUSTOMER AND THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS.

"I ordered a Quinceanera dress for my daughter, and at the last minute was being told by the carrier, DHL, that would arrive the day after her celebration. I was totally distraught! "I ordered a dress from JenJenHouse and although it was beautiful, the fabric was too shiny for the event I will be wearing it to. Also, the arm holes were too small for me and were painful.

When I started my return ticket with them, they said they would get back to me within 24 hours, and they didn't. It has now been four days and I have posted on the ticket and on their facebook page - still haven't heard anything back.

"A dream wedding dress

Before I ordered my dress from JenJen House I was reading through the reviews here and other places, and must say, I didn't have very high hopes of the service, yet as it is so cheap I decided to be brave and give it a go, what the heck.
It seems most reviews are either superpleased or then superdispleased, seems to be a gamble of who makes the dress, it is either done to perfection or then...not.

However, with all that said, I must say that what I got, was a true dream come true - I almost bursted into tears as I realised that here it is then, my dream wedding dress. It is perfectly made, tailor made to my proportions so it fits like a glove, fabrics are top quality, and ...I'm really lost for words to say how incredibly and absolutely pleased I am. And to get such a work of art for 170 euros, is really stunning. Delivery was in 3 weeks from order (I live in Finland), all worked like a clockwork, order progression was easy to monitor on line on their website.

Too bad it seems that something has happened lately there, and only a fraction of all the dresses they previously had are shown today. For example, the dress I ordered can no longer be ordered (seems I was really lucky I made theb order when I did, even though I thought I was crazy to make the order this early, as wedding in in May 2013).

I hope they keep up the excellent work, for me this was a beautiful experience - let's just hope all other wedding arrangements work out as smoothly :-)"

I sent the first cancellation request 8 hours after placing the order
I decided to send 2 more requests to cancel, take a screenshot AND photo of each request, posted my request on their facebook page, so that it will be time stamped AND took a screenshot of that as well. Based on all the reviews that show how shady this company is, I don't want them to claim that the cancellation request wasn't sent within the 24 hour time frame that would give me a full refund."

"When I bought the dress for my homecoming, there was a different picture uploaded of a dress similar to the dress now up; I wanted a dress closer to the first picture uploaded NOT the picture now. They changed the picture of the dress after my dress was already purchased. It gets worst! The dress I got does not near have the quality of the dress in either of the pictures uploaded. I spent a lot of money for this and got a dress probably on worth half the value because everything looked hastily sew on. ALSO, I ordered a customized sized because I tend to be smaller than the normal small but the measurements did NOT follow the ones I sent them, so the dress looks like it drowns me now. I was actually excited to wear this for homecoming before I saw the actual dress.... :( (Edit: AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME)"
