"Never order from this site! The dress is nothing like whats pictured, in fact they changed the picture after they shipped the dress! The workmanship on this dress is horrible! it bunches up in places and the seams are not straight and the zipper does not work!! They say SATISFACTION IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE!! Bull! They don't get back to you when you email them about a return,the website doesn't work right and neither does their phone number. this is a total scam!! "Don't do it!!!!!My dress is terrible, I cannot wear it. I had it made to measure,the hips and waist fit nicely but the bust is too big. The dress is nothing like the picture it is made very poorly. The lace looks grey(supposed to be white)there is black grease marks on it and different coloured cottons caught between the lace and the satin obviously from previous garments. I am very disappointed. Luckily I don't need my dress until early next year. I will be having my dress made by a reputable dressmaker in Australia.....It will cost a bit more but it is true, you get what you pay for. I think this company gets your order and then passes it on to any so called dress maker so really it just comes down to luck and there seem to be more unlucky ones that's for sure....only wish I had found this site first....I had only read the reviews on JenJens OWN website?

"The dresses ordered from Jen Jen House, arrived in a reasonable time at what I thought was a reasonable price...UNTIL...we looked at the dresses which were bulky and poorly constructed and not at exactly how the pictures and descriptions had lead us to believe they would be. The worst part was that all 4 dresses had defective zips and would not zip past half way!
I could deal with this if Jen Jen House had a good customer service team that was willing to admit when a mistake was made an rectify it...HOWEVER...thier suggestion to first "try harder" and then to take the dresses to a dressmaker to fix and then sent them the invoice is a joke! (The dressmaker said they were so poorly constructed that it was hardly worth fixing, and if we did it would not look pretty)
How can a business like this be trusted, we sure wont be paying a dressmaker when the refund will probably never be received. As per thier refund policy we deserve to expect a 100% refund for thier awful and faulty product!

I ordered a dress in Hunter Green. In the pictures on the website, the dress looks the same colour throughout the dress. However, when the dress arrived, the green of outer layer of the dress and the underlayer of the dress are completely different colours and in fact clash. This makes the dress two-toned, and not what was depicted in the photos on the website. This makes for a very ugly dress. I have asked for a refund but they say the colour is correct. How can you call two completely different colours the same name?? Buyer beware!!!

We got the order and I followed up to do a return the day after, so it was well within the 7-day return time, only to find out that if the dress (which was a straight order -- size 2, color black, no alterations or specifications) was not flawed in some way, they would't take it back. What if you just really don't like it when you receive it? Online pictures can only show you so much. They have TERRIBLE customer service once you've received and paid for your order."
