"I ordered a wedding dress on JenJenHouse about a month ago.
I have initially read a lot of reviews and I must confess I was a little bit afraid with the result. But I thought it is worth trying so I placed my order and waited impatiently! It took longer than predicted to arrive to Belgium and I had to pay 32 euro extra shippingcosts. The dress came from China, but taking the price into consideration I wouldn't expect diferently.
I must say I am very happy with my choice, people who saw the dress can't believe it came by mail and that it cost soo little.
It is the right size, the right color, the only problem is the flower in the middle which is in another material than the rest of the dress and can make it look cheap. There are small things that could be done better, but I am happy with the overall result. There are definitely more positive than negative aspects to it. It is a beautiful dress and I feel lucky I followed my instinct and ordered it online. And by the way, mine does really look like on their site!;-) I hope my luck won"t change the next time I order something on JenJen!

"Ordered a wrap (http://www.jenjenhouse.com/Wraps-(013012422)-g12422) and a bunch of dresses. The dresses had differing sizes from internal to surface tags (i.e. ordered a 16W, and a 14 arrived with a 16 tag sewn on the back of the neck; the others were 14, and hidden). Their return policy is crap.
The order number references a few wraps. The advertised color was incorrect, the wrap itself appears to be completely different than the one pictured. I am sick and tired of receiving ch-english replies that make little or no sense, and am vowing that outside of the US/Canada, the money is lost. It only cost me a hundred dollars to ensure this never happens again. If it is resolved in the future, I will personally come back and update.
NOTE : Check the other buyers that have posted rave reviews and this is the only one they have ever posted, to a one. As well, they are written more by Babel fish than an English-speaker; this seems to lean that the company is seeding good reviews of itself. Danger, Will Robinson....Danger.
NOTE NOTE : The formulaic reply below has nothing to do with a better solution having been suggested. They say we keep the crap, we want to give it back because it is not what they advertised."

"This is easy, the WORST site to buy from. I could honestly not belive the horrible customer support, shorts emails answering nothing that i had asked. The dress took way longer than it should have. I continued e-mailing them reminding them that it needed to be here by my date, and they told me not to worry that it would be here countless times. The day BEFORE my huge event, i get a call saying it wouldnt be here. Needless to say the call didnt go over well. This place is full of frauds and liers. I WOULDNT RECCOMENT THIS SITE TO ANYONE. "I am currently in the process of returning a dress. I received my dress and Ido not like the way the fabric falls and bunches around the abdomen region. I have so far been very disappointed by the return process. The electronic return form conveniently is not going through and so I had to get creative and find another customer service link to contact someone. When someone did get back to me, they requested photos of the dress, however the photo link is also not working. I am very fearful that I will not get my money back for returning the dress. Any good company should have an easy return process when a customer is not satisfied with a dress. I will update this review when I have a final outcome from the company. "

They promise the world and don't deliver. The material is so different to how it is explained and looks very tacky in real life and nowhere near as elegant as the pictures!
I gave my exact sizing and measurments to them and when the dress got too me it was way too big.... I ended up emailing them in regards to the mistake they had obviously made. And requested they fix it.. They replied saying there wouldn't be enough time for me to send it back get it fixed and have the dress returned.. So I requested they pay for the alterations!!!! Which I had to arrange and do in my own time.
They agreed to pay $70 of the $120 it cost me. I agreed to there offer.. It has now been over 6months and I am still waiting for my refund!!!!! I email them constantly and they just DON'T reply...

We just bought a nice dress at this site, payed for it online and also added "fast delivery" for some extra charge.
When DHL arrived yesterday they gave me a document from the customs that forced me to pay 25% extra because of the "import-tax" to my country (sweden). They did not mention this when you order the dress.
JenJenhouse said this is very rare...hmmm...how can this be rare? If I have to pay customs, everyone has to do it right? They do not take any kind of responsibility for this and they did not offer me to pay this extra cost.
By the way, the dress was to big and we have to remake it.
This is the first and last time we use this website.

Their reply to me was that I have to read all the paragraphs they have on another page to understand that sometimes you have to pay customs-tax.
Who read all the paragraphs this days?? Nobody does that.
For example, Apple have like 100 pages of paragraphs that you accept when you start to use your iPhone.
If they were like JenJenHouse, they could write that I have to pay 1000$ tax if I accept the usage of my iPhone.
I will pay the tax and just leave it.
I dont want to have any more contact with this company.
