"I'm still in shock - everything was perfect! My order arrived earlier than promised & was perfect. Everything I ordered was delivered in one box where the individual items were carefully bubble wrapped. Even the large bottle of Tide was bubble wrapped with extra padding around the lid area.
My 'wheels', my power wheelchair makes shopping difficult, especially for large items . I will never again have to struggle with paper towels, toilet paper, or laundry products, etc.. " Just a brief summary of the events...I ordered a spare tire assembly from Jet.com that was at a decent price. I received a tracking the next day stating the item shipped and I would have it in 2-5 days. After the third day, I checked the tracking number and it changed from shipped to "pending". So I called Jet customer service and inquired as to why. They stated that it was a shipper/supplier issue and they would send ne resolution within 24 hours. I waited 48 and never heard from them so I called them back and they once again assured me I would have an update within 24 hours. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't do that because the item may have shipped and then it would still arrive even though I received my refund. B.S***...Fast forward 3 more business days... I called them again and they have no idea what is happening with my order. DO NOT USE THIS on-line shopping site. They do nothing but lie and except no blame for their inability to perform selling/customer service. Spend a few extra dollars and shop from a reliable source."

"For the most part this is a great site but I only received 1/3 of the packages I ordered. They have nice discounts but if I never receive my items then what's the point.? One of the customer service representatives kept pushing and blaming me for my first item being refunded, the second item was received but the third was not so he kept trying to blame me basically saying I was just ordering and asking for a refund. That's ridiculous and I felt really offended. "

"Nope, we don't do that! Jet.com does not understand putting the customer first. My first and only order with them, is also my last. My experience: I ordered something specifically stated as having 2-day delivery (I needed it for something 4 days later). Apparently their main warehouse ran out of this item, and they had to ship from a backup warehouse. Fine, but they shipped it FedEx standard delivery, with a 6-day delivery time. Multiple contacts to customer service, including a supervisor, resulted with a sob story about their main warehouse running out of the item. When I suggested that FedEx offers expedited shipping, they stated that Jet.com doesn't provide expedited shipping, even though this was their fault.
In other words, they aren't willing to make this right. They messed up, and aren't willing to honor their advertised 2-day delivery window because it would cost them a few extra bucks to honor it. These guys won't make it unless they learn to put the customer first."
"Jet has turned out to be the worst experience I have ever encountered online.
I ordered two products with an expected delivery of 2-5 days. They took two weeks to ship.
Upon arrival, both items were broken. I contacted them and was told they would reach out to the merchant. 10 days have gone by with 7 emails to them, receiving a response from someone different each time, telling me to wait until they hear from the merchant.
I was told I may ship back these two large items then repurchase the items for the same price but it would have to be ordered via the phone. Instead of simply sending out two new items upon prof of shipment of the two damaged products.
I will not be reordering a single thing from this incompetent company. "
