"I ordered a TV stand on Feb 29th and my credit card was charged immediately. I got an email from Jet the next day saying my order had been shipped. I checked the FedEx tracking on the order that showed a label had been created, but it had not been picked up. I checked the tracking every day for five days and the status never changed. I contacted Jet about the problem and they said that they would contact the reseller to determine the problem. I thought that Jet was the reseller! Waited 3 days for a response from Jet, and got none. Contacted them again and still got no response. I had to file a charge dispute with my credit card company. I finally got a refund after 10 days, but got no explanation from Jet. If you've seen their commercials, you'll understand when I say the only thing mind blowing about Jet is just
how bad they are. I'll stick with Amazon in the future."

"My fiance and I are in the process of moving from PA to VA and decided to get rid of our junky second hand furniture and have new furniture delivered to our new home. We found an entertainment center that we really liked, for a great price on Jet. I ordered it with no problems, the money was taken out of our account and within a couple of hours, our order was cancelled! I called customer service to find out why and I was told that I had violated terms of agreement. What terms, she couldn't tell me. This was my first order ever at Jet, so I had no idea what she was talking about. All she could tell me was that my account had been blocked and that someone from another company would be in touch. When, she couldn't tell me that either. I finally got an email from this other company and they said that my address didn't match that of my debit card. Really? I had been ordering off of Wayfair and Amazon for the past couple of days with no problems. My bank knows we're moving, so they know we're making purchases from sites we normally wouldn't shop at. This guy proceeds to tell me I have to call and change my address (which I have lived at for 2 years and never had any problems ordering online) with my bank, call Jet back, verify my banking information and then provide the names of 2 crossroads so they know I live at my address. Really?! I have never dealt with such an infuriating company before! Needless to say, we found another entertainment center with better ratings and for less money at WalMart. No, I did not have to verify 2 crossroads to order from there."

"Tried to order a $600.00 computer accessory from their website. My order was cancelled twice. I called both times (one of the times I was hung up on) and both times they told me that their was an issue with my card. I assumed that it was because of the large price of the item. However, both times there was a pending balance of the correct amount from Jet.com on my account... I then called my bank to verify that it wasn't my account that was causing the problem. They assured that my account was fine. Long story short I ordered that computer accessory successfully from Amazon with the same card that Jet had declined. Jet.com is a joke."

"I bought a video card from them on Jet.com around 7 PM CST time on December 31 last year.
There was a MSI rebate going on from 12/1 until 12/31.
Jet.com created a order number using UTC time that shows 1/1/2016 as my order date, which makes my rebate ineligible. I called them five times and talked to several support agents and their supervisors. They are simply useless, They said their system is set up this way and they won't do nothing to address my issue. You can't get invoice from their website. You can't even print your order. All you can do is to print a screenshot of the order. Good luck using a "screenshot" to get a rebate. Plus they ship very "slow" (3 weeks). By the time you receive the item, you probably miss the rebate submission window anyway.
Jet.com claimed they can compete with Amazon. They are nowhere close. Amazon's customer service is superb. Jet.com doesn't have a "customer service".
If you want something cheap, you may buy from them.
If there is any issue or any rebate needed, jet.com won't help you and you will be out of luck.
