"They are just a middleman so if you have a problem after 30 days it tough luck. I spent over $350.00 with them and after a couple of weeks the product fell apart. When I contacted them they said since it was over 30 days I would have to contact manufacturer. I tied to contact them and only got a voice mail with no response. Looks like I am out of luck :( I have had things break or defective from amazon and they take it back no questions asked. Wish I would have bought there since they had the same thing for only a couple bucks more."
"I've had a hard time to purchase online the only water type I can consume: a Poland Spring water.
Well, it appeared that JET.COM is the only site that can deliver the water to me (I live in Mountain View, California).
Not just that, but they delivered for FREE and within 2 DAYS!!!
The price was unbelievable too ($8.50 for 24 bottles with free delivery), so even though I love Amazon, Jet.com is definitely on my preferred online merchant list!!!

"I am completely amazed. I had ordered a product online for a home improvement project from Lowes. The first time the order took days longer than it was supposed to. I had to order more material and again, days longer PLUS I was notified that it would be another TWO WEEKS. I had an incomplete project I HAD TO FINISH! I gave up on lowes, cancelled the order. I began searching other vendors to get me what I needed. EVERYWHERE I looked it was two weeks. Amazon said it would ship in 1-4 MONTHS!!? One supplier said 'overnight delivery available' and I added it to my cart, paid the $24 overnight fee, but when I hit 'place order' it wouldn't go through? How 'special' was this stuff? I was getting worried. I googled the product one more time and Jet.com popped up. What the heck..I was desperate. Not only was I able to order it with Jet, I got a 15% discount!! It said FREE DELIVERY IN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Yeah, Right. I just knew I would get an email saying 'sorry, two weeks' OR WORSE. But it was so much cheaper than anywhere else PLUS the 15% discount PLUS free FAST shipping?? Seemed to good to be true but I hit 'place order' and prepared myself for another disappointment. To my amazement and delight...my order was on my doorstep 3 business days later!! I couldn't have been happier. I am a new fan and will order again! In fact, I just did! "If I'm honest, I'm incredibly satisfied with my first purchase off of Jet.com! I got my $124 softbox lighting set with no problem, I even got a small discount (it honestly didnt do much but its a nice gesture). I received my package in about 5 days within ordering or so and everything seems completely normal. When reading all these reviews, which I wish I did before I ordered, I probably should've ordered off of another website, just for safety precautions. So yes, out of these millions of crappy reviews, you'll find one satisfied costumer, so think wisely before ordering on Jet.com"
"I bought 6lb of almonds from jet.com.The order came 2 days after i purchased but when i received it shows that the expiration date 12/30/2016 in the same year. My brother bought the same product from another company but the expiration date of the product is 2017.So at least 1 year from now.I called the customer service to see if they can fix the problem. I explained to them the product will lose its quality since only 8 months left and the product is not organic but pasteurized product.They said there is nothing they can do.I pointed her to the returns and refund on their website where it stated"Returns at Jet are free within 30 days on nearly everything sold on our site".She said that Almonds are not returnable.I am very disappointed of their service.I do not think i will come back to this site again."
"I have never had any problems using any online site before I came across Jet.com!!! The commercials made it seem as if they had their **** straight but they don't!!
I ordered some headphones 3 weeks ago, they took the payment right away and did not seem to have any problems until I couldn't track my item! These days you have to make sure your package is not stolen or lost in transit. So I noticed by the third day that the tracking had stopped. I contacted Jet right away and they stated that the package was still in the same area that I seen it at. I had to ask them to contact the postal service and they stated they would call me back with the results but no call back They emailed me a reply stating it was still in transit and I should have it by Friday (7 days after I ordered my headphones) I waited it out and GUESS WHAT...NO EARPHONES!!! So again I called Jet and they stated they would reorder the item and get it to me by Weds. (Now 12 days after I ordered them). Well you guess it...Wednesday I still had no earphones, so again I contacted Jet and requested and supervisor after waiting on hold for 20 mins they stated they would call me back...no one called! The next day I got a call and they were not a supervisor but confirmed I would have my earphones no later then Monday, guaranteed 2 day air. Well Monday is here and over and still no earphones!!!!
After all that hassle I couldn't take it anymore, I called Jet, requested a supervisor right away and after waiting on hold again for another 15 mins I finally got a supervisor and requested a refund. I was then told that the refund would take up to 14 days to get back into my account, I was so upset I hung up and started writing this review to WARN ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE THAT IS THINKING BOUT USING THIS SITE TO PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! "
"I purchased an item for a total of $685.00. The item arrived the next day to my amazement. Low and behold.... Totally the wrong item. This is a 3rd party site and obviously don't do their home work. I researched the company I received it from and they're a total joke. I'd use the word scam. Jet kindly made it an easy return but only to tell me my refund will take 10-14 business days to post and possibly another 3-5 days for my bank to accept it. Total BS!! Almost $700 and I'm out of my money and my much needed suspension for my car that won't pass inspection and won't be able to drive for another 4 weeks because I don't have my money and when I do I'll have to order it all over again and wait for it to arrive and then install. "I did not receive a check from Amazon so I am giving an unbiased review of Jet.com. I purchase some Health items monthly that are expensive and difficult to find locally. After getting tired of waiting a week for my order and paying full price on Amazon I did a Google search and found Jet. The prices were unbelievable so I was skeptical. After checking their legitimacy I figured the worst thing that could happen is a do a chargeback with my credit card company. I ordered the products with no membership fee, free shipping (over $25), and half the price on fresh products. "I tried to order items on line. I entered in all of my shipping information which is different from my billing address. When I got to the screen to enter in my billing information, it continually got rejected with the message that the billing address was incorrect. I tried 8 different ways and it STILL was rejected so I called their customer service. I made sure the address same as shipping address box was NOT checked. The customer service rep Brittany explained that the address entered with my bank MUST be entered differently so I logged into my banking website while she was on the telephone. I COPIED AND PASTED the exact address into Jet.com web billing address and it was STILL rejected. Brittany then explained that I should call my bank and find out why.
As I told Brittany: I am NOT going to call my bank. I have successfully used this same card over a dozen times and have never had an issue. This tells me that the problem is on YOUR end, not on my banks AND you are attempting to make YOUR problem MY problem and that is NOT acceptable.
I even completely logged off of my computer and waited 5 hours. Still no go.
Although the rep Brittany was very nice, the continual apology and insistence that they really want satisfied customers - telling me this over and over again, rang shallow.

"I ordered an item for a vacation. I received someone else's order. I called and explained this. I was told to return the item and reorder mine. I said that's fine but can you expedite shipping to ensure I receive the item before I leave. "We don't do that But you should get it in time." (Shipping is 2-5 days we leave in the morning on day 5 before deliveries arrive) That's not acceptable as it was their mistake. I posted on their Facebook page and they promptly deleted the negative review. Apparently if it's not sunshine and roses they hide it from their customers. I am returning the incorrect order and ordering elsewhere. "

Your customer service is incapable of providing customer service. Let me begin by telling you I am a Prime member of Amazon.com. I am dissatisfied with Amazon's delivery it is not reliable. So I decide to not purchase from Amazon and instead deal with Jet.com. My first order is untraceable and this is unacceptable customer disservice. I placed order#791397385128 on 3/25 and was informed that the order would arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Today I logged on to your site to track my deliver. When I clicked on the track botton it took me to someone else web site with no explanation as to why. That site gave me #TBA001687946143 and when I tried to track it it said "unable to track". When I contacted that company they told me I had the wrong number. Even though I got the tracking number from their site. They suggested I get in touch with Jet.com. That is who I contacted and was sent to an others web site. When I contacted Jet.com and was connected to a customer service rep she was unable to track my order. She said that she :would reach out to the vendor and they would get back to her and she would in turn get back to me." BUT she informed me that this will take a couple of days. SIr we are in the year 2016 and we have access to the internet and computers. You don't need to use the mail or fax machines to communicate. It is unacceptable to notbe able to track a package in 2016. Your delivery is as lousy as Amazon.com is. Apparently I should not purchase from company's like yours since you can't track a package that you already billed my credit card for. If you have to reach out to the vendor, apparently thru Indian smoke single to track my order I will just as well make my purchases directly from the manufactures web site. That way maybe I will be dealing with competent company who can answer question about billed, shipped products that have not delivered yet. Apparently the money you spend on advertising is a waste. You can't service the business you already have. I am going to forward this e mail which is not complimentary to Jet.com or Amazon.com to all my contacts in my address book and Facebook contact friends.
