First time the items were literally thrown in a large box that was much too big with no packing, and the box was so damaged upon arrival due to the poor packaging I had to unpack it in my driveway. Second order was supposed to arrive before Christmas, it never did, they couldn't find the package, couldn't figure out when or if it had shipped, kept promising they would update us about the order, never did. We had to keep calling. Finally we cancelled it in the middle of January. Sure, they have fairly good prices, but you'LL never get your order! I will NEVER use them again. "

"Have tried jet.com twice now. The first time, I got the order process seemed to go smoothly except for when I called them to let them know that I am tax exempt and needed to send them a tax form for a refund of the sales tax. They informed me that they couldn't do anything about that because they are a new company and didn't have that set up yet (even though I talked to 3 different people for 15 min explaining how this worked) and basically oh well, to bad so sad (I had to call the credit card company and dispute the amount of the sales tax - which they totally sided with me). I decided to give jet a second chance, and placed another order with them. I got an email from them a day later telling me that they couldn't fulfill the order because the item wasn't in stock anymore and if I wanted them to find a replacement/substitute item that they would. They later got back to me saying that they couldn't help me and that my order was cancelled (duh!). Once again, they failed! Perhaps instead of putting all of this money into commercials advertising just how great they are, they should spend some money on learning how to actually run a business... or just make commercials on how NOT to run a business and just show the audience your business model. They really just aren't worth the hassle and I don't see them lasting all too long."

"I do my online shopping mostly for convenience and better pricing. To date, no pure player has as much convenience as Amazon. Target.com is iffy, Walgreens and CVS have miles to go, and don't get me started on Walmart.
Jet is the great savior. Shopping is easy, shipments come quickly, customer service was proactive with me when there was an order issue (the issue was they shipped it twice, and let me keep both shipments), and the pricing is absolutely below Amazon.

"Ordered a Sony 48" LED TV for $400. It was "delivered" four days later. When I got home from work, it was nowhere to be found. Either it was delivered to the wrong address or stolen from my front porch.
My question is: Why deliver a $400 item without signature confirmation upon delivery? They simply "left it by my front door"!
I filed a complaint with Jet.com, FedEx, and the Credit Card Company. Jet.com says they will investigate the complaint and "make it right". FedEx says that they delivered the item as it was shipped. The CC company says that the Jet.com seller (Rakuten.com) shipped the item and the shipper says that they delivered the item - so it is their belief that I will be "out of luck".
SOOOOOO.........We'll see. If Jet.com does not refund the purchase price, I will simply be out $400. I WILL DEFINITELY UPDATE WHEN THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED.
P.S. I immediately received an email from Jet.com after talking to them asking me to "rate" their customer service! UNREAL
UPDATE: I received an email from JET stating that they needed a police report - which I immediately filed. A week later, and still nothing. I called this morning, and one thing has become apparent - YOU WILL NEVER get past the overly nice "JETHEADS". You will NEVER talk to a Supervisor, the returns department - nobody - except the JETHEADS who are expert at being nice and telling you just enough of what you want to hear in order to get you to hang up the phone! I have no problem with what they decide - just tell me so I can move on. I have begun to realize that they are making me jump through hoops, and in the end, won't actually do anything about it. We"ll see. More updates to come.

Well................I have to take back any bad things I said about Jet.com. I found out today that they have issued me a full refund. The whole process took about 2 weeks - which isn't bad!!! They have definitely earned my business - In fact, I have just cancelled my Amazon Prime!"
