They seem to spend all their effort on spinning their image and very little on getting anything done. "I ordered the king size Hughes bed in royale cobalt. It's a great looking bed and the velvet fabric looks and feels high quality. I opted not to get a box spring and I like slimmed down look. It took a few calls to schedule delivery but once it was scheduled, it arrived on time and was set up quickly."

"I had a great experience with Joybird, with some hiccups. I got the Briar chair and the Hughes sleeper sofa. While I'm in love with the Briar chair (in the Cody Pacific fabric), I will definitely be returning the Hughes sleeper, which was in the safeguard Sunbrella Premier Fog. I much prefer a textured fabric; otherwise, any mistake in the construction can be seen. After initiating a return on the phone, I am very happy with customer service and their ability to address my concerns. I will continue to purchase from Joybird - just hope I don't have to do any returns in the future!"
