This couch is the most comfortable and cozy couch we have ever experienced. "If I could give negative stars, I would. That is how bad my experience has been with Joybird. I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone considering purchasing from them go elsewhere... anywhere else. They are beyond terrible.
We purchased our dining set (table, sideboard, and chairs) on July 3. The items were to be delivered September 3-11. We finally received the table and sideboard mid October (over a month late) - with numerous calls on my part to figure out what was going on and why and get the delivery "expedited." The table arrived damaged, covered in dings and scratches. The grain on the table did not line up and did not show good workmanship. I immediately called to request a return for the table and sideboard (which were bizarrely different heights) and cancelled the chairs (which still had not arrived). Now, 3 1/2 weeks after the furniture was picked up, we continue having to make call after call to get a refund processed.
I have probably called this company over a dozen times trying to resolve the issue. Now, 4 months later I still have no dining set because of the delays and issues with this company. I will never, ever order from them again.
I would say their customer service is on par with Comcast. They are the only company that has ever made me as frustrated and upset as Joybird."

Was told the wait time would be 3 weeks, but in fact it was 6 weeks. When the couch arrived (20 minutes ago as I'm writing this) it was a completely different color than in the photo on the website. Not at all what is pictured or described. It also came damaged underneath, the material wasn't even stapled correctly. (I have photos) Overall, a couch we paid upwards of $3,000 for and waited 6 weeks for better be the couch of my dreams.... and I already am processing a return. Thankfully (Hopefully) we can get a full refund. I'm so disappointed. What a rip off."

"Update 11/4/19: 3-6 business days for Jb delivery department to submit a return to the delivery service. Also, 3-7 business days for the delivery service to call with a date and time.
I'm currently stuck with an unraveling sofa and wobbly chair and a missing ottoman.

Ordered a couch, chair, and ottoman on 9/11/19 and barely received the couch and chair on 11/1/19.
Joybird swapped labels on the ottoman before shipping so the delivery guys had another item in the box. Never received the ottoman. Jb wanted to file an investigation which could take another 2 weeks.
The couch, seam is unraveling and the wood frame came with dings and scratches.
The chair is unbalanced and very wobbly.
7 weeks and $2500 later and everything is a mess. Called for a full return and refund. They said now I have to wait up to 10 business days for them to come pickup their disfigured furniture.

4. Lack of information was provided during building process.
5. CS was not empathetic to our frustrations with this huge inconvenience this has caused during the holidays."
"They contract out delivery of furniture and then use that contracting to assume no responsibility for what happens at delivery. We ordered a sofa, it was a little late on delivery, but not a big deal. We scheduled delivery and then stayed home from work and it was not delivered. We had to call to find out that they "lost" the couch. In talking to customer service they were extremely defensive and assumed no responsibility. Compensation "may" be awarded upon delivery of the next couch, which will take another month. Just an overall terrible experience, that I would not recommend to anyone."
"I have ordered from Joybird three times. The first two orders were delivered well outside the promised delivery window, so late that they gave me a partial refund. My third order, they pulled the same stunt again. I canceled the order and will never do business with this company again. You will wait months. Go with a reputable company instead. "

"We purchased the Hughes reversible sectional and the Hughes apartment sofa exactly one year ago. We chose the Taylor Felt Gray fabric. It has endured grandkids, parties, wine mishaps and the occasional overnight house guest. This furniture looks a good now as the day it was delivered. Cleaning is a breeze and the cushions are firm, yet comfortable. Thanks Joybird! Great products and great service! "
"Joybird has a great model that's terribly executed. My first order was delayed by over a month. The second order was delayed by six weeks and the item arrived with serious defects. Customer service is pleasant but can't actually offer any solutions. Avoid this company unless you want multiple delays and hassles."
