"Just wanted to let folks know that Joybird furniture is over-the-top awesome. We purchased a cool sofa from them on-line a couple years ago -- the Eliot model in a grey fabric. It has a clean design, it's super comfy, and it's easy to clean. We get lots of compliments about it. We really love it. BTW, this sofa also makes a great bed.... the back cushions are removable to convert the sofa into a nice wide bed. Unfortunately, our dog likes this sofa as much as we do. Just last week, she actually ate part of the seat cushion. Bummer. But not to worry, JoyBird has offered to replace the cushion free of charge -- even though we purchased this sofa a full three years ago, and even though the damage was done by our silly dog!!!! Thank you, Joybird!"

"Joybird has been an absolute joy to work with. We've had an Eliot sofa for a few years and recently purchased an Eliot chair. Both are beautiful, and the couch is holding up so well. We had a small snafu with the chair (our fault) and Joybird went WAY above and beyond to help us fix it. We would definitely consider buying more pieces in the future! "

I’ve called 5 separate times and promised a callback within 2 business days and never received one. I heard from a human about my order for the first time today and was informed that production should be done next week. Do. Not. Order. "We ordered our Hughes on July 22nd and received it August 26th. On arrival, multiple holes to attach the legs to the sofa had not been drilled during the "hand assembly" process. The delivery workers offered to either take the couch back to JoyBird and have them make and ship another or to have me contact JoyBird for service work. They warned that returning it could mean up to another month before we received a new item. Given we had no couch to sit on, a month seemed way too long to wait, so I contacted the warranty department. They wrote back 3 days later saying they were sorry it shipped without screws and they would ship replacement screws out - not at all what my email mentioned. I contacted again saying that they didn't read my message and that the frame hadn't properly been drilled out, and they responded a day later saying that a technician would be out in 7-10 days. Today I got a message saying the tech would be available on September 20th, double the amount of time their promised window gave. This means I'll be without a couch of any kind for a few days shy of a month and I'll have paid two monthly payments for a couch I can't possibly use. This experience has been atrocious, this was a gift for my partner as it was her dream couch but it's turned out to just be a nightmare. I can't recommend JoyBird in good conscience to anyone looking to buy a new couch."
