"If you value your sanity in any way whatsoever, do NOT order ANYTHING from this HORRIBLE company. I ordered an Eliot sleeper sofa about a year ago and it's been absolute hell ever since. The couch came with no legs, its now falling apart, and now they are refusing to let me use the gift card they gave me that was apparently supposed to make up for the situation. I own my own business and understand how you are supposed to treat your customers. NOTHING about the way they have handled any transaction with me has been ethical or acceptable in any way. STAY AWAY!!!

"Absolutely in love with our new Liam sofa in royale gunmetal! It's the perfect balance of comfort, style, and function. A beautiful tufted velvet chesterfield in a deep grey... soooo dreamy. I have no doubt that we've invested in a quality piece of furniture that will last for years to come. And bonus-- velvet furniture is great for cat owners because the cats don't want to scratch this material. Easy to remove pet hair with an upholstery brush.
Customer service has been outstanding. I will say that the delivery of the actual item was a bit frustrating. Our order initially arrived but they ended up taking it back because they didn't bring enough people to carry it up the stairs to our apartment (wouldn't fit in the elevator-- which I'm sure is a common issue in New York City, we have smaller elevators). We rescheduled delivery, which ended up being rescheduled by the shipper again. I would take off half of a star for the somewhat discouraging delivery experience, but we're overall very happy. "

"Costumer service was amazing! I ordered a couch that was too big for my house and once I realized my mistake I called to see if I could change my order. Before I placed my call, I opened all all my emails with the info I would need to give the customer service rep and was very pleasantly surprised that they already had my order called up from my phone number. In less than five minutes, I had switched to a different couch and money was being refunded to my card to make up the difference. I was truly amazed by how easy it was. The couch itself is fabulous! Amazingly comfortable and high quality throughout. I was really amazed to realize that the sofa has a whole other look with the cushions off. It changes the whole look of the room and is still extremely comfortable without them. It’s like I have a transformable couch. Joybird will always be my first stop when looking for new furniture from now on. I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was. I loved that I didn’t have to pay for shipping on fabric swatches and it was great to have a swatch of my couch to take shopping with me. (I also love knowing that I can buy Joybird fabric by the yard to update some of the pieces I already own!) another great touch was the handwritten thank you note I recieved a few weeks after my couch arrived. Joybird has definitely earned a customer for life. "
