"I heard of Joybird through the grapevine and from a friend who loved her recliner. Visited the showroom in Brooklyn, fabulous experience and very helpful staff. Called ( I know) to order, CSR was efficient, pleasant and easy. Have had sofa for about a month and one of the buttons popped off. This is the GREAT part: called Customer Service and received a lovely and polite apology (nice to see that courtesy is still alive and well!) and an immediate "send us a pic and email and you'll be scheduled for a repair from a local specialist." Couldn't have been easier!! Soon after, received a text with date choices. This is innovation and tech put to good use with a great business model. Been in business my whole life and the adage goes " you'll never know how good a company or service really is until you need them to fix a problem". Joybird exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to place my next order for 2 recliners. Great company, great staff, great product. Beautiful designs. Sigh......"

"I ordered a from Joybird for the first time a few months ago. I was anxious about the prices at first but all of that went away once the pieces arrived! The Hughes Apartment Sofa in Key Largo Denim and Eastwood Swivel Chairs in Notion Thunderbird are absolutely beautiful and are of superb quality. You should see the space now as the furniture made such a difference!
Shortly after everything was delivered, a button fell off one of the chair cushions at random. The customer service team was quick to assist and sent the nicest gentleman to our office to get it fixed within no time. "I recently purchased a sectional through Modsy and well that's when my job started! The product is okay; however, getting the product is such a challenge!! There is so much chaos with the delivery and no one at Joybird can provide any information regarding the delivery. Originally, the delivery was scheduled for the 20th, then scheduled for the 24th.... then everything went in black hole.. where no one knew where the sectional was in the US or when it will be delivered. After wasting 2 work days and 5-6 hours in calls with Joybird, mostly no one picked up and left messages, hoping someone will listen to them and call me back. And there came a day when I actually received a call from the shipping company and they scheduled the delivered and I got the sectional. For wasting my time, so much stress, frustration, and embarrassment (had two family reunions at my place), I received about 5% discount (even though I was promised a substantial compensation) !!!!!!
