-response 3-4 days later with an apology and "furniture for a lifetime"crap....are they literally chopping down the tree by hand in the wilderness to create this furniture? I could've learned wood working myself and built my own furniture in half the amount of time they are taking.
-they did send me $200 gift card for the scratch in my chair, so they are capable of customer service. Are they all stoned and just check emails when they need more weed money? I might use the $200 gift card on a quick ship item that I might see 12 years from now...
-Shipping is terrible. I was notified a month ago that my dressers shipped...no dressers still...making USPS look like a cheetah!
-quality is great, wish they would have given a disclosure that they would test my patience more than my 3 teenagers combined. "

"We ordered this couch years ago and remember the shipping taking some time but that Joybird support called us & sent us a giftcard because they has an unusual swell in sales at the time. So they were proactive in letting us know about the delay, which I appreciated.
The color is Key Largo Coral, and it brightens up the room and looks great with all our colorful pillows and quilts around it. The fabric doesn't show dog hair (the dog isn't allowed ON the couch, but still he exists NEAR the couch) and the few times we've had toddler's sticky-finger stains on it they have come out fairly easily.
We use this couch a LOT and the only issue so far is that the seat cushions have squished down some (just the seat, not the back) and I would like to get new seat cushions to get better support.
Overall it's a beautiful couch and I still shop Joybird looking for our next piece!"

"Everything we have bought has been exactly as described, great quality. My only two gripes are 1) add on at least two months to any delivery time they quote you, and 2) they do not tuft the buttons on their couches with elastic. This, you sit on your couch compressing the cushion and the button comes up. If you then scoot across it in any way it pops right off. I’ve solved this with a long crochet hook and some elastic, but it seems like this is a manufacturing issue that’s easily solved. "

"Once we finally received our sectional and bed, the quality was great and looked just like the pictures. We did have some shipping problems though that took quite awhile to get sorted out. When we ordered both, the website said they were with "Quick Ship" but after placing the order we found out that was listed on the website incorrectly. It then took longer than expected to be shipped and then stayed in certain shipping statuses for multiple days while we had to call them to schedule the actual date for them to deliver the order rather than them calling us to handle this. Once delivered, only 1 item was there and we were still missing our bed so we had to continue reaching out to customer service to get this sorted out. As mentioned though, once we received our full order we were happy with the quality of the products."

"We purchased 2 Audrey chairs that took a while to arrive but the wait was worth it. Beautiful and comfortable as expected. 2 minor issues but Joybird’s customer service has been excellent and a solution was provided, I have nothing negative to say. "First let me say, we LOVE the design of our Soto Concave armchairs (which remind me of a rocker my mom had when I was a baby) and were crushed when the frame of one of our two chairs suffered a break after a few months. The folks at Joybird went to work creating a new chair for, shipped it, and took reposession of the broken chair. The process was very professional. Unfortunately, the new frame was not a concave arm; very similar but not matching. They have agreed to send yet another chair to replace it, AND make us a new set of cushions. We are thrilled to be working with such a wonderful company and would buy from them again in a heartbeat. "

"I purchased five items from Joybird in Sept. and I knew it would take a while to get built and shipped. It came slower then they promised, it was supposed to come Nov. 5 and I ended up getting it all Nov 29. When the furniture came, my irritation with the slow process washed away because of the quality and beauty of the pieces! The Eliot couch came flawless and more beautiful and comfortable then I expected. The Jax table is the same, perfect and you can see the effort that goes into the furniture through the little details and design! Worth the risk of purchasing online, the wait to be built and the price! "

"If I could give ZERO stars I would....
I ordered my furniture early August only to have 1/3 of the order delivered broken November 1. The return was made and now here in December they just told me my replacements that were supposed to arrive tomorrow have not even been built and will not arrive until February.
I am super disappointed and upset to only have partial dining furniture for both thanksgiving and Christmas.
If I ever get my furniture I will have a hard time recommending Joybird unless this ends in a miracle."
