"Our experience in the showroom was very pleasant. It was a busy day, give the Memorial Day sale, but Jacy was quick to say hello, get us headed in the right direction and popped in and out to make sure we were good. Given we came in with the intention of feeling two specific models, she was amenable and helpful without being pushy. Unfortunately they only had one of the models on the floor, but she directed us to the models that would feel similar (sleepers). With the fabric options and truly the ease of using the website, we landed on exactly what we were looking for.
I will say, a $3500 purchase felt a bit anticlimactic in the end, I don’t know what I expected, maybe a free pillow?! Ha!
They offer white glove delivery (~$200) which I’m looking forward to, and the initial estimate on delivery was further out than our specific model (sale = sleepers sold out) so we’re looking forward to seeing how accurate the estimate ends up being.
All in all, good experience and pending the couch itself, I can imagine buying with Joybird again."

"The whole process is super easy. We requested swatches and spent time going through them. Once we narrowed it down to four, we applied them to the sofas we were interested it.
