"I purchased an outdoor sofa on sale from JB. Since they always have a sale on, I didn't know this was different than other sales. The sofa arrived timely, but the white service delivery team first refused to set it up and unwrap the furniture. I wouldn't sign till it was setup, so they eventually helped me set it up, after watching me do it alone for a couple minutes.
When I unwrapped the cushions, they all had yellow stains on the white fabric. Before signing, I called JB to see what to do. They told me to accept the order and they would be able to ship replacement cushions. So I did as I was told and signed for the delivery. Then JB refused to fix the cushions. I was told several different stories as to the reasoning - one is that it was final sale, so I was accepting the damage when I purchased it (I didn't know that when I purchased!). One was that it was out of stock so they couldnt do anything. Finally, the only solution JB offered was them to pick up the sofa and issue a refund. This solution is hardly a solution at all... I had wanted to reject the shipment from the beginning and only accepted it based on JB's guidance. So, I was left with an option to take ADDITIONAL time off work to return the literal trash that JB delivered. Instead, I swore off business with this terrible company and purchased cushion covers to cover the yellow stains.
I have 4 sofas, a coffee table, dining chairs and 2 dog beds from JB ... but I will never do business with them again. "

On my phone, the website was a bit hard to navigate though, as far as getting the items I wanted in my cart and being sure of the colors, which didn't appear to be consistent. So glad I took the time to go to the store and see the different styles and colors in person. Suz took the time to show me everything and explain the differences in fabrics and comfort. I was also assured that I was getting the best sale prices for my items. I can't wait for it to arrive."

"The couch itself is a 10/10. HOWEVER, putting the brackets on for myself was not fun. The bracket outline came in chalk and the sofa is a suave material, the slightest movement and the chalk outline is gone, the brackets don’t stay because it’s all fabric! Why not just put the brackets on when sending the sofa or make a better outline for the brackets, the delivery guys did not add it. They said it’s not in their job description. So for that I give the overall experience a 2/5

35% cancellation fee of an order I place a few days earlier and product ( a bed which they claim is in stock and a best seller) won’t even ship for another 3 weeks but I was charged an insane amount for cancelling more than another company I have ever felt within past.
