I am confused by the pricing tho. It used to be much simpler as I have followed Joybird for a at least 4 years now. I have a notice in my inbox that says I haven't completed my order but the $$ have already been removed from my bank account. Trying to get thru to customer service....not answering chat or phone. Also, came across a Capital One shopping discount of $100 that I didn't use before, I don't think, that I will try to get applied.

"I have been obsessively researching couches for months online. I wanted a modular, washable, comfortable and pet friendly couch. Almost pulled the trigger on two other brands but was hesitant because I wasn’t able to see the couches. I found one of the brands for sale on Facebook marketplace and was able to sit on it and was not impressed. "I went in to the showroom to test out the couch I saw online. I am so glad I did, because I ended up going with a different fabric than I originally thought I would. I also felt much better having a chance to sit on the couch and confirm that it was comfortable. The designer helping me in the store, Rosielee, was amazing and answered all my questions and walked me through the whole process of options, etc. She even stayed late (past store close!) to accommodate me and put through the full order right on the spot (I showed up rather late in the day). I really appreciated her service, and would highly recommend getting into a showroom if you have the option.
