"There were quite a few employees present and nobody came up to us to ask if we needed help even thought we were intent on making a purchase. Thank goodness Michael spotted us and helped but the overall vibe of the rest of the team was that we were an inconvenience. Their coffee orders seemed more important. Happy with Michaels help but the rest of the experience was lackluster for how big of a purchase we were making. "

"We purchased bar stools from Joybord. Upon opening them we realized we had made an error and did not realize that they had counter stools in the same make, model, and finish (this was not indicated in the description). WIthout any use, we immediately initiated an exchange. Unfortunately, Joybird's policy is that not only can't you do an exchange, but all returns have a 50% restocking fee plus cost of shipping. I can understand the shipping costs, but that 50% makes it impossible to buy something on line without seeing it in the showroom. This is out of keeping with what most of the competing brands are doing and feels customer hostile. Though I love the Joybird furniture we already own, I will be reconsidering any other purchases. "

"The sales rep who helped me with my order on November 21 was awesome. She spent quite a bit of time with me online and was incredibly knowledgable. She even threw in a couple of pillows when I discussed delivery charges. We don't live close by to any Joybird showrooms and i was hoping to she could waive the delivery fees. Customer service so far has been top notch!
I am disappointed I won't be receiving my order until around mid January. I was under the impression the building of the Lewis Daybed would only be 4-5 weeks. According to the updates I've received it's more like 8-9 weeks. I understand the process but two months seems like an awfully long time, hope it's worth the wait.
