"We were approached immediately by a nice women named Aiza in the Wooster Street Store in Manhattan. My wife had an idea of what she liked on line. Once we saw the floor model she wasn't as sure about her on line pick.
Aiza showed us another style. Brought us to the Fabric Books on the wall m, placed the fabric on the model & Bam! Done!!!

"Lamp shade arrived dented. First item was night stand. After second time I returned the night stand I finally had to just keep the second stand with damage. Joybird packaging of items needs improvement."

"Visited the Cherry Creek, Denver store to buy a sectional sofa. Staja Thomas was amazing to work with (again!). She was patient as me and my family tried all the sofas and helped us find one with the dimensions that worked. All while making sure we got the best price. She made sure my daughters were included and made them feel special. Especially my youngest. Excited for our Briar sectional to come.
