"I made an order in August for a console unit. I got it for a very good deal, 75% off. I was very excited about my purchase. It was supposed to be delivered around 23rd of September yet it was not even shipped at the time. I reached out to the customer service, they knew nothing about it and told me to wait two weeks. After two weeks nothing came. Then I received an email saying they cannot locate my item and they need to cancel my order. I was given a 150$ coupon. I am extremely unsatisfied with Joybird and will not be shopping there again.
While waiting for my order back in September, I saw the Oberlin Console cabinet -the one I got for 675$ on clearance sale was being sold for the full price again for 2700$. How can I not suspect that Joybird just sold my already purchased item to someone else for the higher price?"
"My experience started out great with my order and first phone call. Then I got sucker punched by Joybird when they emailed me the day before my sofa were to be delivered to tell me there was a 'glitch" in their system and my items were unavailable. How did this not get recognized earlier when they should have already been in route for delivery. So instead of honoring the price on another sofa, they are offering me a generous 35% discount. Now, why would I place another order with them and waste my time? Clearly lack of communication with processing orders. "

"We ordered the Eliot sectional in leather and were so excited about this piece. However, when the couch arrived the chaise portion was a completely different leather treatment and color than the rest of the couch. It also did not have the product tag attached, it seemed like a return or something. We send numerous photos and spent time with customer service and they would not address the issue. We now have to return and work with a more established brand for our couch. Avoid! "
