"The couch arrived and looks good. That is the only thing I have nice to say. The material is cheap and has scratches in the “leather” already. It was delivered a few hours ago. Now we are feeling cheated because to return it would cost as much as another new couch with their 50% restocking fee and having to pay shipping back to them. Avoid this unethical company at all costs. Truly a disappointment in so many ways. "
"The dresser is solid, and stylish, and seemed a good but, but the drawers are nearly impossible to open, and I’m afraid once I fill them I really won’t be able to. I’ve contacted customer service to see if they can send a repairman to adjust the drawers. (I paid $129 for White Glove service but all the driver did was carry it into the house and take it out of the box. A minimum wage task that I could have done by myself with a dolly.) So hopefully they can send someone asap and I’d be able to adjust my rating. "
