Drivers were exactly on time, assembled media center quickly and efficiently, placed where I wanted it, and took away all packing material. Also they were cordial and well mannered. "I ordered a Joybird sofa three years ago and it has undergone a good deal of traffic! It still looks new and it in exceptional condition! I decided to order a loveseat to coordinate with it. Joybird's design consultants promptly sent their swatches to me and replied to my questions regarding selection of a complementary color for the sofa I have. Their ordering process is simple. I will say that my last order arrived several weeks earlier than estimated - and that was during Covid. Great experience with Joybird!"

"Ordered a 160” couch and got a 164” couch that did not fit. Told me it can range (didn’t expect to to be 4+ in). Was given a $150 gift card and that was that. Awful customer service. Do not recommend. "

"I was excited to order from Joybird. The deal was good and the piece of furniture nice. I got an email about delivery and scheduled a time. Took time off work to stay home. The furniture did not come. I called Joybird and they said it was just a warehouse error and that they’d figure it out.
Figuring it out meant cancelling my order and blaming the website. No apology for my time they wasted.
I own two sofas and three lounge chairs from Joybird. With all but one order there have been issues.
Never again. The furniture is nice but the company is so poorly run that it deserves no customer’s money. "
