"This rug had a terrible smell as soon as I got it, and it was drop-shipped from Rugs USA. The chemical smell set off my cat who peed on the rug right away. What a complete waste of money. I wouldn't buy any rugs from Joybird."

"First off- the couch is so comfortable and is beautiful. We absolutely love it. We didnnot mind the extended build and ship process at all. The white glove delivery service through la z boy was not ideal. The website said they would bring it inside and set it up and do any light installation which was not the case. They did not install the connectors for the sectional and left the cushions all over the living room. We managed to install the connectors but they are cheap plastic and do not actually keep the couch connected. We will have to buy something else and have zip ties in place right now. For as much as we paid for everything, they should have finished setting up the sofa. "

"We are very happy with the customer service we had from Stanley Lim at the Chicago store. He was very helpful in person as well as after our visit via emails. Our only disappointment and reason for the 4 stars was the unavailability of shipping to our home in (not rural) Northern Michigan . This means figuring out our own logistics for delivery and forfeiting the warranty. A huge inconvenience and a gamble for sure. "
