Also, there was a large Warning sticker right on the wood shelf that was very difficult to remove. Trying to get the residue off without scratching the wood surface was next to impossible. "

"The furniture repair guy found that the screw of the back leg had been attached at an hard slant with made the screw impossible to be unscrewed because it became stripped. It took him a while to get that screw removed. Anyway, the leg is sturdy now. Thank you for repairing my lovely chair. "

"I ordered a couch that i was really excited about. Upon delivery the crew said they weren't able to get the couch up to my apartment. There wasn't an attempt made and I didn't fully understand how it wouldn't fit. It was returned.
I like the couches so i reordered a new one that was smaller. Joybird did nothing in terms of making me feel heard for the inconvenience and offered no kind of help or reassurance in their email responses. They also had no follow up so I had to chase answers (and ultimately my refund). if nothing goes wrong with your order you should be satisfied. I just didn't have a great customer service experience. "
