"I ordered the Jade bed which when I contacted customer service is being discontinued and just has the remaining inventory. So the bed was in stock and now 10 days later it still hasn’t shipped. Not sure why it would take so long to get the furniture out. I am furnishing a five bedroom house to be used as an Airbnb and have ordered from dozens of companies. Not one of them has taken this long to get order shipped. This company was purchased by La-Z-Boy. I guess the La-Z-Boy is working in the warehouse."

"So this wall shelf was very expensive and upon receipt, I noticed the edge banding was peeling. I think for over $300 for a shelf it should have arrived in perfect condition. The unsightly bubbles in the edge banding look very cheap and I do not trust the longevity of this item. "
