Repaired wobbly leg of chair

"The furniture repair guy found that the screw of the back leg had been attached at an hard slant with made the screw impossible to be unscrewed because it became stripped. It took him a while to get that screw removed. Anyway, the leg is sturdy now. Thank you for repairing my lovely chair. "

Not Great Customer Service

"I ordered a couch that i was really excited about. Upon delivery the crew said they weren't able to get the couch up to my apartment. There wasn't an attempt made and I didn't fully understand how it wouldn't fit. It was returned.
I like the couches so i reordered a new one that was smaller. Joybird did nothing in terms of making me feel heard for the inconvenience and offered no kind of help or reassurance in their email responses. They also had no follow up so I had to chase answers (and ultimately my refund). if nothing goes wrong with your order you should be satisfied. I just didn't have a great customer service experience.

Excellent Service

"I had purchased 2 chairs online as a "decide later" order, and went into the Philadelphia store to see the chair and fabric I thought I wanted. Staff gave me wonderful service, spending a good amount of time with me in looking at fabric options, discussing the advantages/disadvantages, and helping me with chair options that would fit well with the sofa I purchased from West Elm. Long story short, I purchased 2 different chairs with a different fabric than what I expected. So helpful and it was a great experience!"

"Staja was extremely helpful and efficient in finding me the perfect chair and ottoman. I was in and out of the Cherry Creek store in 30 minutes. Shout out to her co-workers who were friendly and knowledgeable as well. This was the best furniture shopping experience I’ve ever had."

Great customer service

"I had many questions in getting ready to purchase a sofa bed and everyone in customer service on several different occasions was extremely helpful. Receiving the box of swatches was also very helpful. The sale price was terrific and the option to place order but defer decision on fabric was very helpful for locking in sale price. Now all you might want to know is how was the item itself - and I don't know yet. I just completed by fabric selection and will receive the sofa bed in April.

Bought a sofa-type large lounge chair

"It was so easy to pick out & purchase ( on payments plan) and when I had questions I just tapped chat and got immediate responses. I’ve wanted this lounger for a year for my cats and me as I’ve seen it with owners and their large dogs so I know it will be perfect ! "

Poor Fabric/Cushion Quality

"I was very excited to purchase the Joybird Wilder Sleeper Sofa a few months ago. Upon delivery (2 months after ordering) I noticed the cushions did not line up with the frame of the sofa, and within the first 4 months the fabric is so wrinkled it looks like I've had the sofa for four years. I only use my sofa for a small window of time in the evening and don't have a lot of traffic on it otherwise. When I visited the local Joybird showroom to express my concerns and inquire about replacement cushions, the design consultant told me the cushions looked "defective". The showroom sample of the same sofa was in pristine condition, no wrinkles in the farbic, and the cushions lined up perfectly with the frame. (The design consultant also told me they had the sample in the showroom for over a year with heavy traffic of people testing out the sofa) When I filed a claim with the warranty department, I was told by Miguel that there was nothing they could do to replace my cushions as this is just normal wear and tear and they cannot guarantee consistency across the board as all pieces are made individually. This sofa was not an inexpensive piece and the quality of the what I received does not match the price tag. Shop elsewhere, I know I will next time."
