Email didn’t work, the phone didn’t work and to get the chat working again I had to delete cookies on my computer to make it think it was a new connection. "I walked into the show room to a very friendly staff who greeted me right away. What’s more, I noticed they did this for every single customer that walked in the studio. To me, that’s really great since I experienced such greetings very little, if at all, at others stores I went to for furniture shopping. My specialist was very kind and really knew her stuff, and it seemed as though all the staff did. They explained and talked through what I was interested in and what kind of tone and vibe I was looking for in my couch. They really walked through each couch type and asked questions about my style and comfort level. I felt like I was given royal treatment for what is a pretty big purchase.
