"The daybed could be agteat acquisition if it would be comfy, the color displayed and respect towards us. The color is not ugly, I can get used to it, but on all honesty's the cranberry shade I really wanted. And it's not comfy, sadly. I would never returned it. At least have the decency and refund me the insurance money, as you kbiow for everything you charge extra, there is nothing included. You should offer a bigger refund for the disappointment.Good luck in the future. I saw afterwords lots of complains, and now I am convinced it's not worth the price. Ikea has comfier products. "The site was difficult to use. Often showing me and my wife different customization options. Confusing.
I wanted to share my disheartening experience with Joybird’s furniture. Despite the company’s promise of quality, nearly every item I received was a letdown. The Elliot sectional had buttons hanging by a thread, wouldn’t align properly, and creaked worryingly. Even worse, the fabric was fraying and torn in places.
The chaise wasn’t any better, arriving with damaged fabric and a middle leg that just hovers in the air, failing to support the structure. The Alex tables looked cheap, covered in scratches and scuffs, suggesting they were either used or just poorly handled and finished.
The cherry on top? Customer service seems to be a myth at Joybird. No response, no support, no one to reach out to for any kind of help. A dead end with chat and phone support, being led down a circular conversation with their virtual assistant or IVR where I can’t get to a person and am asked to leave a message that goes ignored, and no response via email. Really disappointed and wanted to give a heads-up to anyone considering them. Buy from anyone else. IKEA has better quality. This is on top of the misleading delivery times. They said 4 weeks when we ordered on November 25, the items arrived today, January 31. "

"We had a great experience with Joybird. We went the showroom in Philadelphia. Our Interior Design Consultant was Justin. He was absolutely Amazing. This was such a a personal experience. We were allowed to relax in the furniture as if we were at home and stay as long as we liked. We were not pressured into a purchase. If anything, we were encouraged to think about things and come back as many times as we needed to feel comfortable. Swatches were bought out and draped on all the pieces we liked to see what colors and fabrics we preferred. Shopping at Joybird is an experience I would recommend to anyone looking to buy some new furniture.

"My wife and I had been looking for a great accent chair in our living room. The Soto chair had all the makings of it. We came to your showroom in Portland, and were helped by Elena, a very kind and knowledgeable sales agent. We tested out the chair, picked out the fabric amongst many choices, and were advised on the best type for our needs (we have a baby and a dog). In the end, the process was incredibly easy, and we got a great piece delivered to us today. The build is pretty solid, and the chair looks great in our home. "I had done quite a bit of research online but was overwhelmed about making such a large purchase online. I was so happy to find that there is a Joybird showroom in Manhattan. The store lead who helped me was outstanding. He was able to let me know all the things I was wondering (e.g., how much clearance is recommended around a sofa?). He even looked at my floor plan and helped confirm the dimensions I needed. I can't overstate just how knowledgeable he was about everything from room design to the products and recommendations based on my lifestyle. The purchase process was easy, and Joybird has been communicative along the way as my order is being built. I highly recommend."

"Looking to order one of the Tolson glass-top tables on closeout, I found the shipping rate questionable and inquired several times about why curbside delivery wasn't available. Like the last one I ordered (albeit 7 years ago). Since the table's regular price has skyrocketed to $752, I was told the curbside delivery wasn't available for purchases under $750. The table was on closeout for $422 and was forced to pay a $129 white glove shipping fee.
Shipping was scheduled and the delivery crew showed up with the base, but no glass top. After showing them what they should have delivered, and requesting to check the truck was met with a response of "Nooo...", I discovered the shipping record showed only the base was to be delivered. I refused delivery, called Joybird and am waiting to hear what the resolution will be. Assured that it would be made up to me financially, presuming they find a glass top for that table base...
After seeing echo-chamber opinions online of how Joybird's quality and CS have cratered post La-Z-Boy acquisition, which I find hard to believe, I doubt I'll receive what I ordered and have a hard time getting a refund. But I will be patient (for now) for their resolution.
