peeling finish

"So this wall shelf was very expensive and upon receipt, I noticed the edge banding was peeling. I think for over $300 for a shelf it should have arrived in perfect condition. The unsightly bubbles in the edge banding look very cheap and I do not trust the longevity of this item. "

"From the time I walked into the store, to the time I left all of the employees were helpful, kind, and welcoming. I would like to give a special thanks to Patrick Schneider, who listened to what I was looking for and recommended three different lines to look at. He was knowledgeable and helped me realize what I was looking for was actually an upsell from the piece that I originally thought I wanted. Pleasantly surprised!!

"My husband and I purchased our first sectional and chairs from Joybird Seattle. Was greeted by sales rep Zoe, she was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. Great quality sectional

"I purchased a Joybird couch as part of a professional project, and loved it. When it came time to replace my home couch I was very happy a Joybird product came up in my research. The quality and sturdiness of the build is just as I remembered, and the style and design is hard to beat. Production and delivery of the couch was much faster than anticipated. The third party that delivered the couch were professional and courteous. Looking forward to enjoying my new couch for many years to come."

Policies

"I had to cancel my order after 24 hours. It was more like 36 hours. I was charged a 20% restock fee even though it was throw pillows and not furniture. The store people should have been upfront about this policy."
