"I just ordered my second Joybird sectional and wanted to go with a different model that suited our household better. I love my old one and didn't want to give up the things I loved about it. I sent an email to the customer service detailing this and stating I wasn't willing to give up more than 30% of my "comfiness level". They got back to me promptly with a personal description of what the sofa feels like and how it stands up to dogs jumping on it. But they also brought receipts! Detailing the precise numerical values of how much more firm the cushions are compared to my first couch. That is exactly the kind of response I needed to make my choice. It was a small interaction but a great example of how a company should respond to a customer when they are in a business where people regularly buy furniture without having ever seen it in person. "

"Went into a store to make the purchase. The help I got in store involved upselling me on a more expensive option without asking. I wouldn’t have caught it if I wasn’t aware of the price online. Then the wrong couch was ordered and I had to call the store to have it corrected once I noticed it in my confirmation email."
