"This site is a scam. Do not use it. I paid $25 for a 7 day trial period for math help. That included the math help for 2 questions. I asked 2 questions during the trial period and did not use the site again. At the end of the 7 days, i was charged ONE HUNDRED and TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS! I have contacted them multiple times and each time I get a generic response that they are upfront about their $1 trial fee and monthly fees thereafter. I replied that they again were stating untruths. I wish I had only paid $1. Why are there fees all over the place in every complaint that I read if this is a reputable company? I paid $150 for help on two math problems."

This will go on each month if you don't do anything. Don't use this service. Its unfortunately a money scam. " stay away from this company. its a scam and they only google the answers for you. most of them are from India or Pakistan have no experiences. they just look up the answers on google. most of the time they copy and past the answers. I requested for refund three months ago and i found out instead refund they were still withdrawing money from my account. I am on the phone with my bank as I am typing this and I’ll file a police report against them.

"I called today about help with scanning to my computer. I was on the phone for nearly an hour and they kept forwarding me to several different people. All had a strong accent and were hard to understand. I gave them 2 different cards and they said neither worked. I got absolutely no answers (I am a senior citizen and use a computer daily but needed some help to scan). Finally I told them I thought they were a scam and disconnected. I checked with one credit card today and they charged me even more than I was told with absolutely no help from them and I cancelled their charge. I would never ever contact them again."

"Earlier this evening, at 9:34pm on 10/7/2021, I typed a legal question into my search engine when an ad for justanswer.com popped up offering legal advice for a fee of $1. I typed in my question and I clicked on the link and entered my credit card information, only to have my credit card company send me an alert that I had been charged $60. I went back to look at the registration page and while the $60 membership is mentioned, it is written in a very misleading way, making it seem as if I'd be charged $60 after a free trial period had ended. It is clearly designed to dupe people into entering their credit card info assuming they'll be charged $1. They do not clearly explain the difference between a $1 'joining fee' and a membership. I canceled my membership at 9:37pm and I immediately contacted the company asking for a $59 refund. They responded at 9:59pm explaining that this is not possible since I already used the service. I was subscribed for exactly 6 minutes. I clearly did not intend to purchase a monthly membership, and would not have spent that much money if I was fully aware of the situation."

"Amazingly clever fraud. I went on line for help for a legal question. The come on we will call you back immediately after you give us information. No answer was ever provided/no service was ever rendered. I apparently paid $5 for that. But later, much later, I come to find out that they ALSO start billing you $60 per month, with no sign up, no services, no record. When you call in to dispute this, the representative says to your face that the monthly charges are company policy, you can cancel anytime, but there is no refund or recourse, despite they provided no quid pro quo. So translated, this is a 100% mail fraud and scam. Shame on me."

"There’s no way the doctors are qualified to even answer questions. One dr have me COMPLETELY FALSE information, which I found out after getting a second opinion in person at my regular drs. The support staff are just as bad. I had been cancelling multiple times and still being charged. The lawyers and doctors rate themselves and when you try and cancel they act like you are, only to find your account being charged multiple times "
