"For myself, Ralph and Peter our lives and our families lives changed forever when we were injured at work. The Drilling Rig we were working on suffered a major catastrophic failure causing a massive explosion and fire ripping the Rig and all 3 of us apart. Instead of getting Professional help from the Workers Compensation Board to assist in overcoming our injuries and burns to get us back to work, we were instead tortured worse than animals. The incredible torture, loosing our families and loosing hope left us living this nightmare over and over. We were treated like garbage and the daily torture has lasted for many long agonizing years. We lived a life of despair and false hope! These were the very people who we actually believed would be there for us in our time of need if ever injured on the job. Instead we were being laughed at as they were kicking us to the curb. This uncaring, arrogant, self serving bunch thought of nothing else but grabbing as much of the bonus money and promotions they could get simply for denying our Claims for any reason they could dream up. We do not believe our Doctor's Reports were even glanced at. All 3 of us had burns, multiple injuries including broken backs, arms and legs yet the WCB Record says we all suffered back strains. Unbelievably corrupt but true! These greedy mindless souls laughed at us everytime we begged and pleaded for even a little compassion and due process. This is what started our legal fight for Justice and resolve. Everyone in our lives soon found it difficult to even be around us watching us being tortured while trying to fight for medical care and Justice over taking every waking moment of every day for many long agonizing years. We have survived with the hope resolve would come one day ending all the legal matters we have struggled with but it was not to be. This ordeal has literally drained the life out of us and right when we felt all hope was lost we have found an awesome group called Just Answer. This Team of Professionals at Just Answer have already in a short time shown they are extremely focused on helping us overcome an incredibly complex legal matter and we could not be happier! The first time we all smiled in many years. From the caring and compassionate Customer Care Team at Just Answer to the Expert's and Management we now have a chance to finally obtain the resolve which has eluded us for so long. "Their advertisement said "Answers in minutes". After 50 minutes, still no answer about my RV Refrigerator. 30 of those minutes I was on an online chat. They kept telling me the marked my request as urgent. I got tired of waiting and asked for a refund. I was then handed off to a customer retention specialist and was tole "I can help you". After a few minutes I was told an "Expert would be calling me soon" After another 5 minutes I requested a refund. They were not very receptive for that but eventually refunded my payment. I guess it depends on what "Service" you need. My experience is RV repair isn't one of them."

"The technician (Jason) was helpful and clearly described what I needed to do to remedy my issue. Jason even suggested the tool I would need and provided a link to a representation of the tool. I bounced a couple of ideas for my course of action and Jason responded promptly with courteous support of my ideas as well as pointing out that my actions could cause me more work and could generate more work with little benefit. I feel it was helpful to have the input from a technician who has many hours/years of experience to help me with my random situation."

You sign up to get an answer, which is great! And was fabulous! But man oh man, you better read all the fine print because they sign you up for a membership that will charge $44.95 per month. Then God forbid you try to call and cancel....they will cancel it but REFUSE to give any sort of refund. I was charged for over a year....which is 100% my fault for not catching the charges, but all I asked for was 1 month refunded to me. Customer service rep promised me a supervisor would return my call within 10-15 minutes. Never got a call. I called back 6 hours later, they proceeded to tell me that the manager got my voicemail which is a lie. My phone is charged and on me all day. I called back demanding to speak to a supervisor yet AGAIN! After about 3 hours of my wasted time I was finally able to speak to someone. Customer service is BEYOND terrible. Horrible to try to work with them. DO NOT EVEN TRY THIS COMPANY. Its 100% a waste of your time. "
