My particular issue was very specialized (circa 1996 keyboard issue), and there weren't any experts familiar with my hardware. "Contacted JustAnswers July 11, 7:14 p.m. & asked a vet question. Price: trial week $5, thereafter $42 monthly. I would be charged $42 on July 18 if I didn't cancel before. I posted my question & waited for vet to respond. Waited 3 hours, nothing.
