"I agree with most of these reviews. They tried delivering for 2 days after Valentine's Day 2012 (which was when it was suppose to be delivered.) The only way I could get a hold of customer service was via email. When I called, the customer service line hung up on me after a long wait. On an email, I stated that they needed to issue a refund and not to bother with a redelivery. Today (6 days after "cancellation"), I spoke with a representative and she told me that "I need to wait 4-10 business days for my refund." I bet you its a delay tactic so they don't have to hear me b*****. I wish I saw these reviews on my search engine before I selected this florist. I would have never used them."
"Oh I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order! If so, I would not have used this company! I ordered flowers for a funeral from JustFlowers.com but they did not send them. I will admit that they called me to say they couldn't deliver the flowers to the funeral but they could send them to the family member's home. What good is that I ask, because it was my friend's grandmother, and she has a lot of relatives, so how do I know which house to send the flowers to. I asked for my money back so we will see what happens, but from reading these reviews I'm thinking they aren't going to refund. AHHHH, it makes me very angry. Should have just used a local florist in the area where the funeral was held!!!!"

Ordered sympathy flowers/plant, paid $120 including delivery and they delivered nothing like I ordered. I ordered a planter with greenery and white flowers that were supposed to be in a very nice basket....the person received some greenery with one cheap looking yellow flower and it was in a container not the nice basket. When I called to complain, they said they have the right to substitute as they choose. In essence their policy is you pay up front and they ship whatever they want. They claim equal or greater substitution but have no way to verify. Spoke to customer service and a supervisor and both were rude and steadfast that their terms and conditions apply...then they offer a $7.00 off coupon...like I would ever order from them again.
I wish I would have read the reviews as well because I never would have ordered. This JustFlowers company is a joke and clearly ripped me off!!!!!

"Ordered flowers from Justflowers.com for my wife in Florida for Valentines day, the flowers never showed up so I called them for 3 days straight phone kept getting disconnected and as I am calling from England my phone bill at this point is getting quite high as it is not free for international callers anyhow I finally got hold of a manager or sounded like a robot who could not tell me anything besides offering me a $10 discount, after an hour of arguing got no where, they finally delivered my flowers 3 days after Valentines and told me it was the local florist who screwed up. So I contacted the local florist after they refused to give me the number for the local florist and they told me that Justflowers.com did not give them the order until today. But after all this effort and hassle oh and phone bill I feel like I just been scammed. If you want your flowers late? and bad customer reps then use this company but I do not recommend them"
"Ditto. Just Flowers didn't deliver my order on Valentine's Day as agreed. I got a "We are sorry" at 10:30 pm on Valentine's. My daughter is a freshman in college, and she said, "All the girls in the dorm got flowers from their moms except me." I felt terrible! I still haven't had my money refunded even though I have sent several scatahing emails. I have tried to call for the past three days, but customer service has a recording saying they are too busy to answer calls, so send an email. I just called acting like I wanted to place an order, and I got a real live person on the other end who transfered me to a manager. The manager promises to look into it and call me in the morning. I'll believe it when I see it! "
"I could just copy and paste from all the other reviews. On Feb. 13 I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on Valentine's day. The flowers never came. I called their number which just hangs up on you eventually saying that Just Flowers is too busy and to call back later. I tried to make an inquiry online but on that form they onlt give you the option os saying the order was not delivered and they have you pick a new delivery date. When you call it says to reply to the order receipt email which I have sent no less than 20 messages and all have gone unanswered. This company JustFlowers is an outright fraud. Thankfully I placed the order with a credit card and disputed the sale. I also made a complaint to my states attorney general office as well as the COnsumer fraud division. i encourage all of you to file the complaints as well. Its time this company went out of business."
"Looks like I am having the same problems as everyone else so I'm going to try and find every website out there to make sure no one else makes the same mistake we all did. I spent 83 dollars for flowers that never arrived on valentines or any day after that.
When you call their customer service line they tell you to call another phone number that sounds like the exact same operator, etc. When I called that number they put me on hold making me think I was going to be helped and then after they forced me to listen to a 3 minute nora jones song some automatic voice comes on telling me that due to high call volume that there are no customer service reps to talk to and I need to respond to my confirmation email or email their customer support. They never even sent a confirmation email, and after reading these reviews it's because they're not a legitimate business. I emailed their customer support two times now and have received absolutely no response. They did charge me for my order and they must think just ignoring me will work. I would not order from them, read all the reviews here, they're all the same. "
"Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day, and they never showed up. I called twice on 2/14/12 to find out where they were, and was disconnected due to high call volume. I sent an email and didn't receive a response from their order inquiry group. 2/15/12 around 10AM I receive an automated phone call saying the order would be delivered today before 5PM. Around 3PM I call and am disconnected again, so I send another email to the order inquiry group. I never received a response. I called again right before 5PM was was again disconnected. At 7:05PM that night 2/15/12 I receive a phone call from a Justflowers representative asking if they can still deliver the order today at the business. For some reason they thought I was the recipient instead of the person who placed the order. I explained that I already had to go out and get flowers from another company, because they did not deliver as promised, as well as advise that businesses typically close at 5PM and at 7PM it's unacceptable to try to deliver to a business. I advised I wanted to cancel the order. They offered me $4.99 off of my order stating they could deliver the following day. I again advised I wanted to cancel they offered me $10.00 off my order and it would be delivered the next day. I ordered over $120 in flowers and this was the best they could do? I advised again I wanted to cancel, so she stated the order would be cancelled, and I immediately received an email stating the order would be cancelled and my refund would come within 1-4 business days. Hopefully the refund will come on time, as well as be for the full amount."

The reason I even used JustFlowers is because they claimed to still be taking orders on valentines day and claim to deliver that same day, usually withing four hours.
So I placed an order around 7 that morning I even paid a bit extra for it to be delivered around 1. Five o'clock came around and nothing. I went ahead and called the 800 number to only be disconnected because they were unable to answer due to a "high call volume". They advise you to reply to your receipt email or use their inquiry form.
Since the order had not been delivered that day I figured I could cancel. The flowers were intended for that day not the day after or anytime after. So unable to speak to customer service over the phone I replied to their email receipt canceling the order, at around 6. I received an email on my phone at TEN O'CLOCK that night, telling me they were unable to complete the order and would attempt again the next day. Concerned that they did not receive my canceling email I immediately sent another. T
The next morning I received a call. Unable to answer I was left with a lame voice-mail apology "sorry for the inconvenience blah blah blah... the florist attempted again today". Clearly they did not pay attention to my request to cancel. Since then I have sent two more emails and called several time and still have been unable to speak to anyone to cancel.
It was so easy for them to retrieve the money with out the delivery and now its so hard to get a hold of someone to even complain much less cancel.
So here I am wishing I had read these reviews so that maybe I wouldn't be in this sorry situation.
When and if my money is refunded I will post again making people aware of how long and if they did return all of my money. Good luck everyone.
