I normally look these up first and I do take the consumer reviews serious and read them carefully.This was mistake #1 not to read first! As you would have it, yesterday was Valentines day and I waited til the morning of, to order the flowers and clicked the first available site I saw! Mistake number 2. I ordered and made 100 plus change purchase with the express delivery which I paid extra for! I bet they were laughing at me when they saw that! Needless to say, there was no delivery, not even a late one! and still no attempt today!Just Flowers is some type of subsiderary of FTD.com so buyers beware.

"Simply did not deliver on Valentines at all when I paid for that. All I got was an email saying "Sorry". Really unacceptable. If you can't deliver or you're not sure you can, STATE that clearly. Don't promise to deliver and then don't, or just put in fine print maybe we can't. And if you do miss the date offer something, a discount, an upgrade... Don't just say oops sorry. That's a way to guarantee no more business."

How many customers hand over $200.00 for flowers and then you do not keep your end of the contract. I will go out of my way to let every teacher I work with never to do business with Just Flowers. I teach Computer skills I'm going to place a web site as a Petition. collect all the required signatures needed and send that to the Attorney General's Office in California. I have now read the other complains only to feel foolish for not seeing the complaints before using your company. In addition I will be composing a letter to the local TV station they need to warn consumers about your company. I have called my credit card company and advised them that You did not fill the contract. I wish I had more time to take you to court I and many others want you off of the internet based on NOT Filling your obligation as advertised.

"In contrast to just about every person who has taken the time to review Justflowers.com, for me the correct order was delivered to my girlfriend on time (on Valentine's Day), exactly as described on their website.
I ordered the flowers almost 2 weeks in advance as my girlfriend and I are unfortunately not spending Valentine's Day together and I wanted to be sure that they would be delivered on time. I have to admit that when I decided to read these reviews (after I had already placed the order) I did get a little nervous and even decided to tell my girlfriend about what I had got her and warn that the flowers were probably not going to arrive. But they did.
They also responded to my emails very quickly when I asked them to take some extra phone numbers to contact if there were any problems with the delivery, and informed me that the order had been amended. However, the email address they gave on the original booking confirmation did have a typo in it, and it therefore took me a while to contact them about the order.
It seems to me that the problem with Justflowers.com is that they claim they can deliver on the day of the order, which they apparently can't. From my experience, if you book in advance they do provide a good service, although the cost is a little high."

"I went online this morning to order flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day (I know,last minute, what can I say, I am a traditional guy! LOL). Their website said that they can do same day flower delivery, I am saved! Right? WRONG! I paid them over $120.00 (including an extra fee for delivery before 1:00PM) and it is now almost 3:30PM and no delivery. My wife leaves at 4:00PM. I understand that I ordered last minute, but if you offer a service, you have to honor your requests.
I called the 1800 number that came in my confirmation email only to get disconnected at any of the 3 options. I tried their online form to complain, and this is where they get you, you MUST have a subject for their form and there is NO subject of cancellation or order not received. There is ONLY options that say "Not delivered - please schedule for WEDNESDAY" or any other day in this week. I am NOT interested in sending flowers to my wife tomorrow, it is TODAY that I wanted to send them. They set you up to agree to another day in order to send an online complaint.
Just Flowers is one of the WORST experiences I have ever had with a company in my life. I will NEVER be dealing with them again and EXPECT a FULL refund from them.

I ordered these flowers Love under the stars. It was 10am EST, I told the they had to be delivered by 2pm EST on the same day. I also said if you could not do it please tell me, after waiting several minutes on hold I was assured they would be delivered on time. They were not delivered. I tried calling and after waiting on hold going down the you are caler46, 40, 34,28,16,6, then you are next. the excuse due to high number of calls today they say good bye and disconnect. They did not even send and email to confirm my order, they did charge my American Express instantly.
These flowers were for my wife who was having a bad day at work. Now to late she has left work, no flowers delivered.
Do not make the same mistake that I did go else where. Run away from them and do not look back."
"i had THE worst experience with Just Flowers. i ordered flowers for my best friend's birthday. i picked a pretty pink/peach/purple arrangement that i knew she would love.
1) they contacted me ON THE DAY THE FLOWERS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED to let me know that they didn't have the flowers i ordered and that they would send a different kind. they said the flowers would be red & orange, & yellow & purple. TOTALLY NOT the color scheme i was looking for!!
2) the day AFTER the flowers were supposed to be delivered, they contacted me again and told me that they didn't have the substitute flowers either and that they still couldn't make the delivery.
3) 3 days AFTER the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, my friend receives flowers alright. they consist of 2 roses and a lilly with a note saying "sorry for your loss". THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG ORDER!!! i feel bad for the family that it was intended for, that just lost someone
4) i was finally fed up and i just wanted to cancel my order and get my money back. i specifically told 3 different employees, including a manager, that we just wanted to cancel the order and get our money back.
5) after a couple of more days of the company "looking into it", my friend got some more flowers. ugliest things i've ever seen! the colors didn't even go together!! and they were CHEAP flowers, not the orchids they promised.
6) now after A WEEK of waiting, they gave us a $30 refund. they wouldn't refund us the rest of the $25, which is how much the delivered flowers probably cost anyways, IF that!! the frustrating part is that i don't really care how much money i get refunded, but i just really wanted my best friend to have a beautiful bouquet for her birthday, which Just Flowers totally ruined!!!
BOTTOM LINE: this company does not know how to listen to their customers and they don't really care what you order. they just send SOME flowers and think it's ok. and they don't care that they are late! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!"
"NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR FLORAL NEEDS. I ordered an arrangement for my Aunt's funeral service I picked out a nice looking arrangement on-line and upgraded to the deluxe which was supposed to be better than the picture. When I saw what had been delivered with my name on it I was extremely embarrassed. I called them initially just to complain about whoever the local florist they used was having not read any of the reviews prior to placing the order. They refused to tell me the name of the local florist. They sent me an email stating that the filling florist said it had been filled to value, not even close. I then sent Just Flowers a picture of what was delivered and of the one I had picked out online. Now they are not responding to my emails. I paid with Visa, they on the other hand are working with me to get the charges reversed, since I have a picture of what was delivered. Bad thing is that we depend on these services from time to time and don't know who to trust because of dishonest companies like JustFlowers. Just Flowers gives good companies like 1800 Flowers or other online florists a bad name. I will post reviews wherever I can to feel that I have gotten my money worth in revenge. I also wish there where ZERO Stars."
