"Horrible company if that is what you want to call them,I had no idea a flower company or so called flower company could be such a scam.I needed to order some flowers fairly quick,the website looked nice enough.I placed an order for a nice flower arrangement.Got a phone call the next day from some strange man saying he had called the funeral home and they did not take flowers just plants.What a joke!I paid $98 dollars for flowers,that is just what i wanted.The man went on to say that instead of sending flowers they had decided they would send 3 or 4 small plants in a dish.Without me having any option.Okay i call the funeral home and the man said that was not true at all what the man had told me,the man from the funeral home gave me a number to a local flower shop to buy some nice flowers,the lady even knew the family.I was some what relieved.So the day i got the phone call from this man is the day i canceled the order.But they sent it out any way-i told them i canceled,she said i did not cancel soon enough-i canceled day & half before they took my money out of my account,yep! i canceled,and they still rob me of my money!They are low life,who need a life! preying on people this way is not right and they should be stopped! I contacted the Los Angeles Police dept.To check on their business and to read all the complaints from people.I filed a complaint with BBB.And i will be getting my money back with help from my bank-forget them & changing my bank card also.I could say a lot more.what ever you do,never buy anything at all from justflowers! not anything!If you are having trouble getting your money back,see if your bank can help you with this.I ordered July 29th/canceled 30th/they took my money any way July 31.Crooks!my satisfaction & rating of justflowers is zippo! nothing!"
"I wish that I had read the reviews BEFORE placing my order with JustFlowers! I placed an order on 29 July for delivery on 30 July. Plenty of time for a company that promises "Same day delivery". I was notified the morning of 30 July that they could find no florist who could make delivery that day. However they did find one florist that could make a delivery on 1 August of a smaller arrangement for $30 more. When I called to cancel the order I got transferred from operator to manager to manager. After cancelling my order they called me back to say that (1) they had already charged my credit card (for the order that they could not fulfill) but that a refund would be reflected on my credit card in the next 2-3 business days and (2) they only process orders on the day of delivery so it wasn't their fault that they didn't know about a potential delivery/cost problem. Advice: NEVER order from JustFlowers."
"Flowers were ordered around 11:30 pm, Monday 7/25/11; confirmation received that the flowers would be delivered to Hogan’s Funeral Home, Highland Fall, NY 10928 the next day before the viewing which was at 2:00 pm.
Tuesday 7/26/11; I called in the late afternoon to find out why the flowers were not delivered as scheduled (FIRST DISAPPOINTMENT). I stated this was an embarrassment to the family and questioned why they had not been delivered. I spoke with a woman who apologized and said their computer systems were down and the local florist never got the order. She assured me they would be delivered to the funeral home the next day in the morning.
After speaking with my family who advised the flowers should now be delivered to the family’s home since no one would be at the funeral home anymore, I called back Customer Service to provide them with the proper family address. They told me the flowers would be delivered Wednesday, 7/27/11 no later than by 3 pm. The agent I spoke with was apologetic and offered to call a member of the family to express apologies for not delivering the flowers the prior day. However, that call was never received by the family! (SECOND DISAPPOINTMENT)
Wednesday, 7/27/11; At 4:05 pm I called Customer Service to find out why the flowers had not been delivered as planned by 3 pm and they told me they would be delivered. I asked to speak with a manager and was connected to Aaron Delon. I reviewed the details of the matter with him, and he said that the flowers were on the truck for delivery. Delon offered to call a member of the family and apologize, and he offered to call me back in one hour to discuss the matter further. He did neither! (THIRD AND FOURTH DISAPPOINTMENT)
At 6:45, I call Customer Service and was connected with a manager named Faith. I reviewed the details with her so would understand why I was calling to cancel the order because the flowers delivered so late after they were ordered for the funeral were no longer meaningful. She stated the flowers were delivered at 6:00. I told her that my order was placed with the understanding that they would be delivered for the funeral occasion, and I did not agree to such a late delivery. She said I was still responsible to pay for them. I asked her if I they delivered the flowers a year later, does she expect that I still pay for them. Faith said “YES”! She was relentless and insisted that I would have to pay for the flowers (FIFTH DISAPPOINTMENT). Finally, Faith actually said that if I wanted a refund, she would have to have the flowers picked up at the family’s house the next day! Can you believe that!? (SIXTH DISAPPOINTMENT)
Never in my life have I had an encounter a customer service person, no less a manager who is supposed to have the authority to please the customer, who has no interest in satisfy the customer or wanting to compensate the customer for their ill doing.
I work for a large company who orders flowers and other items for employee occasions, and have communicated to them, NEVER to order from “JustFlowers”. I have also contacted my credit card company and we will be disputing the charges.

"Worst on line florist ever. I ordered flowers on a wednesday for delivery in Lithia, Florida on Friday. An important occaqsion and on time delivery was important.
At almost 5 pm on Friday JustFlowers call me to say that there is no florist within the delivery area who has any flowers available. Note that the call is too late for me to call any local florist to make another arrangement.
JustFlowers tell me that they will deliver on the Saturday, but not till at least 1pm. I ask if I have any other option. They tell me No! Orders are not cancellable.
They offered me a $5 discount, not the $10 that their ad's promise.
Get away from these people. Don't walk, run! I've sent flowers through other services around the world. Never a problem. But these folks don't even know they have run out of flowers until the end of the delivery day? Come on!"

DO NOT order from justflowers.com. I ordered a flower basket for my mother's birthday, and was told that they would deliver it same day. I waited several hours after placing the order and just to be safe I called the customer service line (1-***-***-****) and spoke to a woman named Apple who guaranteed me that my order was on track and due to be delivered accordingly. Their policy is that all orders go out by 4 PM. At around 4:30 I get a confusing email saying that my order will have to be delivered tomorrow, so I called again, and spoke to Apple, who--when hearing how disappointed I was--merely offered to take $5 off of my order and send it tomorrow. When I got even more upset, she upped that discount to $10. I told her that I would rather have my order canceled than ordered tomorrow, so she put her manager on the line to do so. I am upset because this type of misinformation is intolerable from a flower company. Clients in this industry, more than others, expect and need their orders to be timely because a special occasion is in question here. Today was my mother's birthday and I wanted to make it special for her. When I ordered flowers 6 hours ago, I put my trust in justflowers.com. I could have gone to a different website, one that is more reliable, or even ran out and picked some up for her myself. Furthermore, when I called a few hours later to check on my order, it would have made a world of a difference if they told me that the flowers would likely have to be delivered tomorrow. Now, here I am in the evening with expectations that were not met and a birthday that I am not prepared for. I explained all of this to Chris, the manager, who was nice but just incapable of rectifying the situation beyond debiting me a refund which will take 4 days to process. I wish justflowers.com would have valued honesty and customer appreciation over their blind pursuit of profit. They ruined my mother's birthday and I do not wish this on anyone else. Avoid this website--take my word--and try another site. You'll be happy you did."

"Well, I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! I had the same problem. I ordered flowers Sunday morning and was told they would be delivered that day. They weren't. I received an email that evening stating that they were not delivered but would be the next day, Monday. Monday came and went, still no delivery. Monday evening...another email apologizing. Tuesday morning, I called them and asked if I could be sure that the flowers would definitely be delivered that day, and that promised they would. Late Tuesday afternoon, I received a phone call from someone who barely spoke English named Ray. He informed me that the flowers still were not delivered, and not only that but the nearest florist to my delivery location was a little further than they thought, and there would be an additional $15 charge!! Needless to say, I cancelled the order."
