I emailed and called customer SERVICE they said in 4 days they would send new flowers but wanted the old flowers back????!!! What???? Needless to say I called visa to dispute the charges. This company is ridiculous and has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!"

"WARNING! This place is nothing but a SCAM! On their website, many of their plants & flowers are listed as "Same Day Delivery Available", but don't believe it! You have to type in the Zip Code to for the delivery location, and then they verify that it can be delivered the same day. On Saturday, I ordered a plant w/ balloon to be delivered Sunday. My order was processed and accepted and verified delivery for Sunday, so I was extremely happy right up to this point. But then on Sunday, they phone me and tell me that their florist can't deliver on Sundays. They were aplogetic and I was polite and forgiving and allowed them to go ahead and make a delivery on the following day (Monday). I waited all day Monday for Delivery Confirmation, but never received it. So I began calling JustFlowers.com on Tuesday morning and got nothing but lies and blowing smoke up my *ss and rudeness, and was even hung up on two times. My first inquiry was at 9:45am on Tuesday. The clerk put me on hold, supposedly to phone their florist in Palmdale, CA to check on the order status. She came back on the phone and said that nobody answered the phone at the florist shop, and told me that they don't open until 10:00am. She said that she'd call them back at 10:00am and shot me an email to let me know the status. I said "OK" to that so I kept and eye on the email but never received an email from them. So I called them back again, only to get to get some more smoke blowed up my *ss and much rudeness from the phone rep. So I kept checking my email the rest of the day and never got any confirmation of delivery. Mind you, their website promised me delivery for Sunday when I placed the order and this is already Monday. So I called them back at about 4:40 pm, to get some more smoke blowing, rudeness, as well as the cust serv rept hanging up on me. He did the same thing that the girl did to me earlier in the morning... said he had to call the florist in Palmdale, then put me on hold. He came back on and (like the rep did earlier that morning)told me that the florist didn't answer their phone. I said to him, "There are 72 Florists listed in the Yellow Pages for Palmdale, and you mean to tell me that you are dealing with the one that doesn't answer their phone all day long on a week day?" He then hung up on me. I called back and got another rude Filipino (every one of the cust serv reps are Filipino's that are hard to understand & very rude)and when this one answered he pretended that he couldn't hear me. He started saying, "Hello?" "Hello?" "Hello!" "Hello!". I answered him each time he said Hello, but he just pretended not to hear me, then hung up on me. I called back and asked for a Supervisor, and explained my whole dilemma, and received the same old lies. This was supposed to be a birthday present and was to be delivered 3 days ago and they ruined it for me. And at this point, I doubt that my order will be delivered, or that I'll even get a refund if it's not. And their website is the biggest joke I've ever seen. The website works great for placing the order, but when you go back to try to check your order status, they don't even have a Log-in link on their home page! You have to click on one of the tabs in small print at the bottom of the page that says "Privacy Statement" or "Our Guarantee" or "International Orders" and etc, and then it will take you to a place that has a tab that says "Sign-in". After you sign in and go to "History and Acct", it shows a heading that says, "Your Recent Orders" and under that heading it is totally blank! These people are rude and uncaring and it's very obvisous that they are a scam. Now I have to take the time and report them on all of the review sites, plus report them to the BBB, and to GOOGLE. They were the first ones listed on Google when I did my search, so I feel it's important for Google to know that they are featuring scam artists. I just wish that I'd done a review search before ordering but I thought they were a reputable company, especially since they were featured on GOOGLE. "

"Ordered Flowers on a Wed. afternoon and the site claimed same day delivery. I get an e-mail at 4:30 pm saying its rescheduled for tomorrow which does me no good as the recipient will not be there tomorrow. Called and spoke with someone who was very hard to understand about cancelling and he claims he cant reach the florist so i will receive a call back. Obviously at 4:30 pm I cant make alternative arrangements for flowers. Thanks alot JustFlowers.com for not handling business like you should. VERY FRUSTRATED!"

"I can't believe I didn't see this before ordering flowers. I ordered a beautiful arrangement and they delivered something totally different and cheap looking. I'm so glad I was here to see them. I was in a rush as my Mom just had surgery and I wanted something for her room. This is totally unacceptable. I don't believe the BBB stamp they have on their website. This is definitely a scam. Order one thing and get something totally different and cheap. I could have picked up a nicer arrangement for less at Kroger!
DO. OT USE THIS FLORIST. They offered to send them on Monday vs Friday. I told them to cancel the order. I will be calling my credit card company to report it. I wish I could select zero stars."

Paid extra for rush delivery and just got a call around 3pm asking for an additional 25.00 because it would have been a special trip from the florist they were using. Cancelled my order and hopefully get a full refund of the $60.00 I paid. Do not use this company. "I wish I would have read the reviews first before placing my order. I had a previous experience with them and thought I would give them another chance. I spent alot of money on an arrangement and it looked nothing like what I ordered. The flowers had added greenery and the were all droopy. I paid for the express delivery and they didn't make that either. The florist contacted the recipient and told them that they were behind so that ruined the suprise from the go. I sent them a picture of the flowers. Talked to a manager and all they wanted to offer me was a $5 discount on my next purchase. Are you kidding me? They tried to say that the flowers were not that bad. I paid almost $100 for this arrangement and it looked like somthing I would have bought from a grocery store for $20. They will never get another order from me. Please take the time to review all reviews before placing your order!!!"

"I will never order from Justflowers.com The company is scam! I placed an order on Saturday for a delivery on Sunday. The order went through and I was under the impression the order would arrive on Sunday, I never did receive my email confirmation. I had to call and make sure it went through.I wanted to get a delivery time so, I called on Sunday at approx. 12pm and was told by the rep. that my order was being processed and getting ready for delivery. Delivery would be between 9-5pm. 5pm came and went with no flowers. I called and spoke with another rep. who gave me the great news that all florist were closed and my order would be delivered on Monday. I stressed that I was guaranteed a delivery for Sunday which was Grandparents Day. No one wants their order after the special day. The rep was rude and transferred me to his manager, who was just as useless. All she could do was tell me that she would give me $10.00 off the order. This is ridiculous. Had I not called to follow up on the order, I would have never gotten a courtesy phone call. I am a very upset customer. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This company should follow the training that 1800 flowers goes through. I had to place another order with 1-800 flowers and they were great. You get an email when the order is processed, when the order is being shipped and after the order is delivered. I mentioned to the rep. that she should consider getting pointers from that company!!!!
