"I ordered an arrangement this morning, paid for expedited shipping (to be delivered by 4 pm). The flowers didn't arrive by 4 so I called customer service. They agreed to refund the cost of the expedited shipping (once they confirm it wasn't delivered), and said it should be delivered by 5 pm. As of 7:30 pm, still no flowers, so I called again. The customer service rep (barely spoke English) said he tried to call the florest, there was no answer so they would get back to me tomorrow. What's the point? Just give me my money back at this point."
"Never EVER buy from this company! This is the worst flower company I have ever dealt with! I ordered flowers from them for my mother's retirement party, and they assured me they would arrive between 1 and 4 that day. I called at 2:30 to confirm, and they said they would be there before 4. The flowers never arrived. I called at 4:00, just when the party was ending, and they said they needed to check my order and would call me back in 10 minutes. They didn't. I called once again at 4:15, after people were leaving, and they told me they couldn't find a florist to deliver on a Sunday and would deliver it the next day if I wanted. This is AFTER they assured me that very day that the flowers would arrive by 4! I cancelled the order (since obviously wanted these to arrive during the party, as I was promised), and yet they didn't take the charge off my credit card...I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Do NOT buy from them! Try 1-800-Flowers or your local florist instead!"
"If you read this review before you place an order, DON'T!! I just got off the phone with their representatives, and I regret about ordering flowers from them.
I live in Washington state, and I placed an order to be delivered on Mother's Day to our sister in West Virginia. It was supposed to be a surprise to her, so on Mother's day, we only gave her a call and wished her happy mother's day; we didn't mention about the flowers at all. Today, a week from Mother's day, we called her, and wonder why she never call us back after receiving the flowers. She was surprised, she told us she NEVER RECEIVE THE FLOWERS!
I was furious, I called the 1-800 numbers and try to find out why. The first representatives told me he will find out and give me a call back as soon as possible. Two hours later, I received an email from them, asking me to give them a call. I once again dialed the same number and was told to hold for almost fifteen minutes, then a woman picked up the phone, told me it was a system's error so they never deliver the flowers. So if we didn't call our sister today, we probably spent a hundred dollars for nothing, and we would be sitting home thinking our sister already received the flowers. In addition, the representative probably sense I was pretty mad, so she said, "I will give you a five dollars discount for the mistake that we made." That's the point where I really want to curse them and hang up the phone. "
"Just like the guy from California, I am military stationed overseas and ordered flowers on friday the sixth to be delievered on or before mothers day. My dad sent me an email on monday and informed me that nothing arrived and that my mom was kind of upset. There was no attempt made by these guys to contact me. I admit that they cannot call me on the phone and would have to use email but I got a statement by email so that shouldn't preclude them from contacting me there. I have since made 16 seperate attempts to gain resolution to this. Originally I just wanted my order delivered. Now I just want a refund. I will never use this service again and I strongly discourage anyone reading this from doing it either."
"Same as everyone else! I'm in the Military stationed in California, trying to send flowers to my mother in Indiana. I placed my order friday the 6th. They said it would be delivered on Saturday. Here it is MFin Tuesday and my mother has received nothing. I've tried to call and the hold just hangs up on me. Apparentely they think it's okay to mistreat the people who protect their freedom to act like an idiot. If I find out who it is, I promise I will get everyone justice in the form of a throat chop or punch in the face. That is all!!"
"Ordered flower for my ill mom on Mother's Day. My mom is very ill and not expected to live another year. Spent almost $100 dollars. They did not send what I ordered. What she got was a bunch of flowers that looked like they came from Publix. I bought some the day after Mother's day for $2.00. Dealing with their customer service is the pitts. Put on hold forever. Hung up on. I spent the better part of 5 hours trying to talk to a human. Then they said the order was made right and offered me $10. You can not get anyone on the phone that can really help you. Owner supervisor. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. You would think with times the way they are they would really try and make people happy. It looks like I am not the only person not happy with her purchase."

"The worst service I have ever had. I placed my Mother's Day order online on Friday the 6th to be delivered on Saturday the 7th, yellow daisy chrysantemum plant. Nothing showed up and no phone call or email was received. Nothing still on Monday. I called their 800 number and was on hold forever until it hung up on me due to "high call volume". I sent an online inquiry into my order and received no response. I attempted several more calls with the same result. Now furious, I emailed again to have my order cancelled and my money refunded. No response. So today, Tuesday, a pink azalea was delivered. I called the florist and she said that the order was received Monday morning and they could not deliver until today. I asked her about the type of plant and she said that the daisies are not in bloom so she substituted with what she had. I will NEVER waste my money here again."
"This is the worst company ever. we order flowers for my mother, grandmother and stepmother on mother's day and neither were delivered. My mothers flowers came a day late and the other flowers after two days after mothers day still havent arrived, when I called to service rep, i was on hold on 30mins for them to tell me they would have to call me back, after i spent 300.00 on this order. THIS IS THE WORST FLOWER COMPANY EVER.THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND I STILL HAVE NO FLOWERS"
"Giving this company one star is far too generous (zero stars was not an option). The website appeared legitimate, and I used poor judgement in not reading reviews prior to making a purchase with them. I a significant amount of time and money, picking out the right flowers, entering the billing and shipping information. After making numerous attempts to follow up with the company as to why there were no flowers received even 2 days after the anticipated arrival date, I finally got a call back from a customer representative. As someone in customer service, (and using restraint and patience I never knew I personally had), I politely requested to speak with her supervisor. Finally after waiting on hold for 40 minutes, I (still politely!) told her I was extremely disappointed in how I paid for this product, never received it, and never was informed that anything was wrong. The supervisor was extremely rude- to an extent that it was difficult not to take her attack-like defense mode, personally. I have never experienced this extreme lack of concern for one's customers before in my life. In fact I set up this account for the sole purpose of warning others. Do not give this company your money! They will scam you, and do not even care to EARN your money, rightfully. Upon further research (unfortunately, after the purchase), I could only find bad reviews and ratings for this company.
There system works by them outsourcing their orders (online) to local florists, and negotiate the cost down due to the volume. This results in last minute orders not going through- and of course the consumer (under the assumption from their website that they do same day delivery) won't know that their order was processed ONLY in them paying for it, but never receiving the services. The flowers that are delivered (a fraction of the large quantity of orders they actually take), are much smaller and cheaper than what they present in their pictures on the website. It is a scam."
"My Wife is currently on the with Just Flowers as I write. We ordered flowers yesterday morning, and as many here were conned into the express delivery. (In my opinion the Pony Express would have been quicker) The flowers were supposed to arrive yesterday with in four hours, which would have placed them in her Sisters hands by 4 P.M. Alas they had not arrived by 10 P.M. This morning She called again, They apologized and said they would up the order to a more costly one but not charge her. They also stated they would send her a text message when they were delivered to her sisters work. Alas no flowers. So now they have our money over $100, and her credit card number along with her cell phone number. I am sitting her writing and have my own solution regardless of what they say. It's simple and your all welcomed to it. Simply call your credit card company report them and tell your card company to refuse the charges. See if the Credit card company can report them for poor service or fraud. Most of the credit card companies are more than happy to do this."
"I searched online for a flower delivery service that would be able to ship flowers to my friends mother for mothers day. I wanted the flowers to be shipped on mothers day and so I made sure that this would happen before I spent 100$+ I was very impressed with the flower arrangements they had online and even though it was pricey (130$) I thought that it would be worth it seeing as it would be delivered on time. When it started to get late I called and after several attempts I was able to get a representative on the phone. This is when I was told that the flowers would not be delivered the same day but that it would be early next morning for sure. This was upsetting but not as upsetting as the fact that it is now afternoon on the following day and they still haven't been delivered. THEY CLAIM SAME DAY DELIVERY ON WEB SITE ......THIS IS A LIE
What Is worse is that they have been hanging up on me before I can even say anything every time I try to call. Ive been on the phone for hours and nothing is working. Next time I would not buy flowers from this website and I would look elsewhere.
Later: They finally showed up but they LOOK HIDEOUS. LOOKED LIKE A BUNCH OF WITHERED FLOWERS CRAMMED RANDOMLY INTO A CHEAP VASE. I SPENT 134 DOLLARS FOR WHAT?????????? I EVEN PAID EXTRA FOR THE DELUX VERSION. I HAVE BEEN ROBBED!!!! I EVEN NOTICED THAT THE LEAVES WERE ROTTED ROTTED!!!!!!"
"DON'T USE JUST FLOWERS!!!! They NEVER delivered the flowers I ordered for this past Mother's Day. I wanted them delivered on the actual day and they said they may arrive the day before to make sure they would get there but they never did. I tried calling all day Sunday only to listen to Nora Jones play for 15 minutes and then have the call just disconnect. Today, Monday, they said they would refund me OR deliver but not both and the rep added "I'll be saying sorry a lot today because we had so many orders that weren't delivered." Can you say Better Business Bureau?"
