"The worst service I have ever had. I placed my Mother's Day order online on Friday the 6th to be delivered on Saturday the 7th, yellow daisy chrysantemum plant. Nothing showed up and no phone call or email was received. Nothing still on Monday. I called their 800 number and was on hold forever until it hung up on me due to "high call volume". I sent an online inquiry into my order and received no response. I attempted several more calls with the same result. Now furious, I emailed again to have my order cancelled and my money refunded. No response. So today, Tuesday, a pink azalea was delivered. I called the florist and she said that the order was received Monday morning and they could not deliver until today. I asked her about the type of plant and she said that the daisies are not in bloom so she substituted with what she had. I will NEVER waste my money here again."

"This is the worst company ever. we order flowers for my mother, grandmother and stepmother on mother's day and neither were delivered. My mothers flowers came a day late and the other flowers after two days after mothers day still havent arrived, when I called to service rep, i was on hold on 30mins for them to tell me they would have to call me back, after i spent 300.00 on this order. THIS IS THE WORST FLOWER COMPANY EVER.THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND I STILL HAVE NO FLOWERS"

"Giving this company one star is far too generous (zero stars was not an option). The website appeared legitimate, and I used poor judgement in not reading reviews prior to making a purchase with them. I a significant amount of time and money, picking out the right flowers, entering the billing and shipping information. After making numerous attempts to follow up with the company as to why there were no flowers received even 2 days after the anticipated arrival date, I finally got a call back from a customer representative. As someone in customer service, (and using restraint and patience I never knew I personally had), I politely requested to speak with her supervisor. Finally after waiting on hold for 40 minutes, I (still politely!) told her I was extremely disappointed in how I paid for this product, never received it, and never was informed that anything was wrong. The supervisor was extremely rude- to an extent that it was difficult not to take her attack-like defense mode, personally. I have never experienced this extreme lack of concern for one's customers before in my life. In fact I set up this account for the sole purpose of warning others. Do not give this company your money! They will scam you, and do not even care to EARN your money, rightfully. Upon further research (unfortunately, after the purchase), I could only find bad reviews and ratings for this company.

There system works by them outsourcing their orders (online) to local florists, and negotiate the cost down due to the volume. This results in last minute orders not going through- and of course the consumer (under the assumption from their website that they do same day delivery) won't know that their order was processed ONLY in them paying for it, but never receiving the services. The flowers that are delivered (a fraction of the large quantity of orders they actually take), are much smaller and cheaper than what they present in their pictures on the website. It is a scam.

"My Wife is currently on the with Just Flowers as I write. We ordered flowers yesterday morning, and as many here were conned into the express delivery. (In my opinion the Pony Express would have been quicker) The flowers were supposed to arrive yesterday with in four hours, which would have placed them in her Sisters hands by 4 P.M. Alas they had not arrived by 10 P.M. This morning She called again, They apologized and said they would up the order to a more costly one but not charge her. They also stated they would send her a text message when they were delivered to her sisters work. Alas no flowers. So now they have our money over $100, and her credit card number along with her cell phone number. I am sitting her writing and have my own solution regardless of what they say. It's simple and your all welcomed to it. Simply call your credit card company report them and tell your card company to refuse the charges. See if the Credit card company can report them for poor service or fraud. Most of the credit card companies are more than happy to do this."

"I searched online for a flower delivery service that would be able to ship flowers to my friends mother for mothers day. I wanted the flowers to be shipped on mothers day and so I made sure that this would happen before I spent 100$+ I was very impressed with the flower arrangements they had online and even though it was pricey (130$) I thought that it would be worth it seeing as it would be delivered on time. When it started to get late I called and after several attempts I was able to get a representative on the phone. This is when I was told that the flowers would not be delivered the same day but that it would be early next morning for sure. This was upsetting but not as upsetting as the fact that it is now afternoon on the following day and they still haven't been delivered. THEY CLAIM SAME DAY DELIVERY ON WEB SITE ......THIS IS A LIE
What Is worse is that they have been hanging up on me before I can even say anything every time I try to call. Ive been on the phone for hours and nothing is working. Next time I would not buy flowers from this website and I would look elsewhere.

Later: They finally showed up but they LOOK HIDEOUS. LOOKED LIKE A BUNCH OF WITHERED FLOWERS CRAMMED RANDOMLY INTO A CHEAP VASE. I SPENT 134 DOLLARS FOR WHAT?????????? I EVEN PAID EXTRA FOR THE DELUX VERSION. I HAVE BEEN ROBBED!!!! I EVEN NOTICED THAT THE LEAVES WERE ROTTED ROTTED!!!!!!

"DON'T USE JUST FLOWERS!!!! They NEVER delivered the flowers I ordered for this past Mother's Day. I wanted them delivered on the actual day and they said they may arrive the day before to make sure they would get there but they never did. I tried calling all day Sunday only to listen to Nora Jones play for 15 minutes and then have the call just disconnect. Today, Monday, they said they would refund me OR deliver but not both and the rep added "I'll be saying sorry a lot today because we had so many orders that weren't delivered." Can you say Better Business Bureau?"

"I ordered flowers for my mother on Friday to be delivered Saturday. It is Sunday and they have not arrived. They hung up on my call due to their "heavy call volume". No customer service. Inability to deliver on time. Do not order from this company unless you desire to be disappointed. Go to the FTD site and order from them, they've never disappointed me."

"This company is THE WORST EVER !! i ordered flowers for my mother for mothers day and even payed and extra 15 dollars for same day delivery and the flowers were never delivered and the mad sure the took the money out of my account quick this is a fake website and i am even sorry that i put in my credit card information because now i'm not sure who or where my information went to and who is really behind the senses of this website do not ever ordered from them EVER no recommended at all. " I am more than dissatisfied with this poor service. My recipient did not receive the orchid I ordered on time, they were not called nor was I. I was on hold and then speaking to a manager for 38 minutes. I am in a service oriented field also and know the difficulties associated, but I can assure you I will make sure NEVER to use this organization again as it does not deliver flowers just headaches!! They offered me $5 for my time. I could not even understand the people I was complaining to since english is not a requirement.

"I placed an order with Just Flowers because they stated they could deliver on a specific day, which they couldn't. Then they could not deliver because the hospital told them the recipient was in ICU. Once that was cleared up they did deliver. The recipient was happy with the arrangement....the only problem is that when she read the card back to me....which my message was within the correct number of characters so nothing should have been cut out....they chose to omit one word…the name of Jesus.

Now, I do understand that Christianity isn't the current "in trend" and that everyone is not a Christian. However we are and that was a very important part of the message that they chose to omit. I do not appreciate having my message on flowers I ordered and paid for censored by a company just because it isn’t a Christian organization. This is something I wanted to share for other Christians that may want to send flowers to a loved one.

"USE Just Flowers if you want them to send the wrong flowers in the wrong basket and the wrong color. I sent flowers from United States to Canada for a funeral. Apparently they arrived but that's all that was right about the order. After I received a thank you from my sister with an enclosed photo of them, I contacted Just Flowers. But because I couldn't contact them within 7 days of the order, they wouldn't give me any kind of ajdustment on the messed-up order. They tried to give me a coupon for my next order (that won't happen) and offered to send a letter to the party I sent flowers to (Why? Going to tell them they should have had a nicer arrangement?) So to make me feel better, I'm warning others not to use them. Wish I had checked for reviews before I ordered."

"This company is the worst of the worst. I ordered flowers for my mother-in-laws birthday 2 days in advance and they were 2 days late in delivery! They said they called her so they could deliver the flowers, but DID NOT leave a voicemail. Who in their right mind usually answers an unknown call anyway?! After we learned that the flowers were NOT delivered on time, we tried to get our money back but the customer service department is ridiculous. They're reasoning for not refunding the money is that they upgraded the flowers that were delivered 2 days late (even though they never checked with us if we wanted them still delivered!!) I work in customer service and this company should be reported to the BBB. I'm VERY agitated at their lack of respect for their customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!"

"HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! Failed to deliver funeral flowers after paying for RUSH service, even after I inquired BEFORE hand to make sure that JustFlowers could fulfill the order. JustFlowers.com waited to inform me AFTER the funeral was already underway that they "unfortunately" could not deliver the flower arrangement before the viewing or even the funeral service, and this wasn't even a SAME day order! I wish they had contacted me right away so that I could have made other arrangements. I was devastated! Don't be fooled! Don't chance using JustFlowers if the order is especially important to you, or for a one day only delivery. JustFlowers may or may NOT be able to do your order, but they will tell you either way that they can do it! It is a total crap shoot! I am totally sorry I used JustFlowers!!!"
