"i had 9 credits on my account and i was not able to finish my order because my shipping address needed to be verified. funny because i had just used the same address on my order from two weeks ago. i was then told i needed to wait 24-72 hours to hear from back office and i would not be able to order anything during that time. complete ridiculous when i finally want to use my credits and im unable to. my items will now not be here in time for my vacation. after i am able to use my remaining credits i will no longer be doing business with this company."

"I was trying to use up my credits so, I had a good sized order. I get a notice the next morning that my whole order has been cancelled because the shipping address didn’t match the billing address. 1. I used PayPal to pay so, they shouldn’t have had issues if PayPal was ok with my payment. 2. Not 2 months ago, I had an order shipped to my daughters address. Our addresses aren’t the same so, there goes the matching address excuse. I finally got through to a live customer service person. “Contact us in 24-48 hours…”. Meanwhile, the sale I used is over and some items may be out of stock. How about contacting me BEFORE you cancel my entire order?? :("
