Scam

"Their shoe selection is abysmal. Once you add a credit card there's no why to delete it. This is to make sure they can charge you if you forget to skip the month/cancel. They're supposed to e-mail you at the beginning of every month about your shoes for the month (which also reminds you to skip the month or you'll be charged after the 5th), conveniently as of the last few months I wasn't getting these emails causing me to forget and get charged. One time when I went to skip the month their website was down and had to remember to come back on the 6th...guess what? I didn't remember, another charge. You can only cancel by speaking to someone via chat or phone. That alone is warning enough. This company makes the majority of their money on people that forget to skip the month and procrastinate on canceling because it's a process. The shoes are nothing special and low quality. I had 5 credits (almost $200) and couldn't find 5 things that I liked. I picked stuff to donate so I could use up my credits and cancel. Just stay away. "

Worst Shoe subscription ever

"If you have credit you can’t use it on anything with out calling customer service. What’s the point in paying a monthly fee and you can’t use it when your late night shopping!! I’m canceling my membership ASAP!! Don’t do it people!!!! "

Annoying pop up ads

"They have a nice selection, not as many dress up for a night on the town in Vegas shoes like they used to though. I’ve been I member for several years now but am going to cancel my membership because they have this annoying pop up ad asking you to subscribe to their emails. It pops up EVERY time you go to a new page!! I’m already a member, why do I need to get emails everyday too?!?! Not worth my time and effort anymore!!

UPDATE: A member of Just Fab reached out to via e-mail, she apologized for the inconvenience (doesn't mean the pop-up ad problem has been resolved) she suggested I try a different browser. I used to use Internet Explorer but recently have been using Chrome; so that doesn't seen to be the problem. I was impressed they made the effort to reach out to me and the customer service staff is very nice but in the end I am still X-ing out of pop-up ads every time I go to a new page. FYI, you can't ignore them, they take up about 1/3 of the page and cover the product your trying to look at.
