For the price, they are of excellent quality. I've had a fantastic time so far. I'll probably be using Just Fab more often in the future."

"The business model is wonderful but the execution needs work. The shoes aren't truly worth the money they ask because they don't have a long shelf life. The material tends to peel after a few months.
It also makes no sense that I can be charged $39.95 [credit for not skipping the month], monthly, for being a VIP, but that same credit given can be applied to a sale item for $15 because credits cannot be combined with sales. Make it make sense that I would use a $40 credit on something priced less than $20... They do that to get you to spend money and not really use your credits.
I kinda stay a VIP because I have reward points but, after being a member for multiple years, this site and service has lost its appeal."

"Their 2020 winter boots were super cute, but their 2021 Spring and Summer collection is very dated. I’ll probably cancel after I get this next order. There isn’t much that I’m interested in and if I do stumble across a style I like it’s not available in my size. "

"I ordered my shoes on March 5th they were supposed to be here on March 15 now it says they wont be here until the 20th. That is ridiculously slow. I pretty much get everything I buy delivered and this is taking the prize for the longest shipping. I wanted them for St Patricks day and now that isnt going to happen. Very disappointed. "

"I received the wrong pair of boots, like very wrong, 3 sizes too big and not my style at all. When I called to report this I was told the boots I wanted were out of stock. I was told they would give me a return label and I could just package the wrong boots up and secure it and put on the label and take it to the post office (which is nowhere near me) and once they were received I could get a refund. I was offered store credit. I asked for the funds to be returned which was accommodated, but look at all this time I have to waste fixing their error. What a waste! "

"I had a credit of 39.95 on my account, called and the guy assured me that i would only be charged about $1.50 to complete my purchase and use my credit on file. That was a lie, I was charged $42 dispite the credit I had on file. Called again, the lady i spoke to canceled the order of $42, and said my new charge was $2 and some change. So inconventient, garbage website when it comes to using your credit because they will charge you twice. I have had this account for a few years. I think it's time to cancel and find a more secure site to purchase shoes."

"Their prices are confusing. You never know how much your paying for an item. You have credit, you want to use it. Well when you order one item this site for some reason doesn't apply your credit. Or if they do apply the credit you also try to use 20% credit it takes off your credit and apply the 20%off instead which makes your total amount higher. You try to change it back so you can use your credit, it won't let you. After I get this last order I'm getting out of just fab group. I no longer like their choices in clothes. I used to like their clothes. Lately there's not many choices. Had very limited choices on shorts. What? It's spring in America! Ppl are going to be shopping for shorts, summer stuff?
